Beach House Walking Distance from Pier

This is a newly remodeled unit with granite counter and ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and baths, all cookware, plates, utensils, etc... It has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Mattress and mirrored closet doors and a linen closet. It has new bamboo floors a new paint (11/2020). The couch has a queen sleeper mattress. We provide backpack beachchairs and beach towels. It has a 47' TV with Direct TV and High Definition DVR. There is wireless Internet access. It is a quite neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, Redondo Pier and shops. There are full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. There is a small porch with BBQ.

Nice place to stay

The unit is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s location is perfect being a close distance to the beach and any stores or restaurants you may want to visit. The hosts were prompt with any questions that came up. I would recommend for a nice cozy stay.

Great location, Great value, perfect for our family

Remote Work plus fun too

I am a remote worker and love to stay at this location when working on-site. It is a lovely neighborhood, close to the beach with the convivence of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Plus, Jennifer is flexible and friendly.

Great Unit for our family vacation

My wonderful stay at Redondo beach

Great Location. Beautiful, Quiet and comfy. We were grateful for the proximity to the pier. We would come again and highly recommend it . We we felt safe and enjoyed our days in the sun. ☀️ 👍😃👍

Great Vrbo - super well stocked!

Great property, the host was really clear and easy to deal with and the location was central and easy to walk to many places. Our suite was super well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen and with the bedding. We had more than enough towels, bedding, toilet paper and paper towels for 4 women for 5 nights. Overall lovely and cozy place to stay.

Lovely beach area retreat in a great neighborhood, convenient to beach and restaurants in the south bay area . Jennifer’s place was spotless and well appointed . Street parking was easily available. We would definitely stay here again

Family trip to California

Little difficult to find at first, we felt off about walking onto someone’s driveway and behind. But it suited all of our needs and was so close to the beach which was perfect!

Los Angeles area vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and located in a nice neighborhood, close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. It had all the amenities we needed, and check in and out was very easy. Having 1 and a half bathrooms was a real plus. Jennifer is a great host. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

The place was in a perfect location! It was mine and my husbands first time in CA and we were right in the middle of everything. Jennifer was more than helpful before, during, and after our stay. Great amenities, and great decor! I definitely plan on continuing to book with Jennifer and Brian when we go back and visit!

Comfortable

The apartment was comfortable and clean and in a nice neighborhood. I did not have a car, so it was nice having a grocery store, a drug store and restaurants a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

Best value and location in Redondo

Everything was as described for our 8 day stay. All necessary kitchen items are provided. Great living room sofa, mattress and best of all just perfect location for our needs. Steps from the boy and bear coffee shop and redondo shops. Thanks so much for hosting us and we hope to be you guests again soon.
