Updated and redecorated, this ultra-clean, private home sleeps 6 comfortably. Great for relaxing and sunning with pool, big patio table & chaise loungers. Super comfy beds with fluffy comforters & plenty of soft towels in the baths. Gourmet kitchen and a coffee station too. Enjoy the peaceful environment while being close to all the fun stuff L.A. has to offer. Early check-in often OK; just text me.
NOTE: Home is 2 main streets from trendy Ventura Blvd and very freeway on/offramp close - compare to other listings that are further north... being south is preferable in this neighborhood.
King bed in front master, Queen bed in pool-view back, and Queen Plus in convertible den (American Leather Sleeper Sofa with no bar in the middle) with privacy doors.
Great local neighborhood for walking. There are also beautiful hiking trails nearby in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you're traveling without a car and need to get somewhere fast, I'm usually available for a quick shuttle service!! If you do have a car, there's plenty of parking. Check Metro.net for public transportation.

Los Angeles has Vacation Rental rules which are posted at the home. No parties and no outdoor noise after 8pm. This is a quiet neighborhood.
While completely harmless, the elderly neighbor to my south is NOT welcome in this home. Plz text if you're concerned; it's actually rather amusing!
I only need access to backyard to water plants (will always notify you first!). Pool man comes on Thurs mornings. Gardener comes on Fri afternoons.

We had an awesome stay and Andy was extremely communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Perfect location for LA attractions, grocery store, and restaurants, and the pool was great for evening relaxation. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Located in a walkable, tree lined neighborhood, this charming home was perfect for the relaxation we needed but also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and highways. Great communication with the home's host who mades us feel comfortable and welcome.

This by far was the best experience my wife and I have ever had where we need to rent a home! Andy has thought of every little detail! We could not have been any happier! The home is in a very quiet little subdivision in Sherman Oaks and convenient to everything you would need. If you’re not from the area, Andy is there to help you find what you need! We like this home so much we are staying here again in May!l

Perfect spring break stay
Andy is an amazing host and has the best home for a family vacation. It had everything we need, Andy thought of every possible detail. And the location is within a short drive to all of the tourist locations. We will definitely book with him in the future

Great relaxing vacation
Really nice property. Andy the host was awesome and easy to communicate with. The property was well appointed, close to great restaurants, shopping & entertainment. The neighborhood was quiet & we had a restful stay.

Clean, Well Managed & Great Location
The house and property are kept in excellent condition. It has all the amenities and comes well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time in LA and this house made it feel like home.

Great 5 day stay with family
We had more than enough space for our family of 5 in this nice, beautifully maintained home. Andy is an attentive and thoughtful host. We had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!

Very Charming Home
Very charming home with all the essentials. The photos accurately reflect the property. The host reached out prior to our stay to answer questions and provided immediate response throughout our stay. It’s in a good neighborhood with grocery stores and many restaurants nearby.

Perfect House For Our Needs
Andy's house had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Had plenty of space for myself, my husband and our two kids. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Over The Top
First, Andy, the property owner, was very welcoming and accommodating. The property was elegantly designed, clean, and equipped with many extra amenities. The location was convenient to shopping and attractions.

Great place, great location, great owner!!
Our family of 6 stayed for 4 days for the Rose Bowl. The house had everything we needed, was very clean, in an ideal location to conveniently access downtown LA, Pasadena, and other tourist attractions (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the beach, etc.), and our experience with the owner was wonderful! If we ever come to Southern California again we would definitely stay here!

Perfect base for LA - with great pool
Stylish Cali home with a lovely pool, Andy was a super-helpful host and the house was immaculate and well-stocked. Loved it.

Home Away From Home
This was our second stay at this gorgeous property. The host, Andy, has provided everything I could think of to feel at home. The house feels cozy and safe and is great for family dinners and pool days. We are already looking forward to coming back again.

Top notch
What a beautiful and comfortable home. Super clean and absolutely perfectly equipped. Andy is a great host and is very responsive and at the same time respectful of our privacy. Absolutely a 5 star experience.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, my parents and I moved into this home when I was 12 years old (I won't tell the year... just yet). Realtor by trade, I have found my niche in hosting this vacation rental - I love it. I'm a dog-dad to a 9-year-old American Bully rescue named, Trisha (after singer Trisha Yearwood). She and I live in a completely separate, back-house down the driveway, past the kitchen window that is separated by full privacy fencing and heavy-duty gates. While out of your way, I'm always available to help with mapping and anything else you might need to find your way around town (also found a super viewing point for the HOLLYWOOD Sign).

Well-established, quiet neighborhood in Sherman Oaks. Close to Westfield's Fashion Square Mall for shopping, and trendy Ventura Boulevard for dining. Food shopping close too at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Gelson's and Ralph's Markets. Starbucks is just up the street, two blocks away.

King bed in front master, Queen bed in pool-view back, and Queen Plus in convertible den (American Leather Sleeper Sofa with no bar in the middle) with privacy doors. It can get hot in L.A. so in addition to the central cooling system, there are portable fans in the closets of each bedroom. 5 total TVs with one in each bedroom, one in bath and one in kitchen: DISH TV - America's Top 200 w/ 240 channels. Spectrum High-Speed internet included. Full-size washer and dryer in back porch off of kitchen. Both bathrooms have oversized stall showers with tub in master. Most light switches are on dimmers (and only a few pesky LED lights in the house) to set the mood and tone you want: the home looks beautiful at night, especially with the custom patio lighting and malibu-lights around the heated pool.
*$10-$100/day to heat pool. 85 degrees (f) is avg temperature when heated, but can be lower if you want. Rate varies depending on time of year: colder months higher, warmer months lower (and often not needed in summer months). NO profit on gas cost, just covers the expense!
