Welcome to our home in picturesque Studio City. 1/2 a mile away from Ventura Boulevard and the very popular Erewon Center with restaurants and shopping. With three bedrooms including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, this lovely newly updated property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Very spacious indoors and out doors! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like large screen TV for streaming, WiFi, washing machine, AC/heating, washer and dryer, handsoap, dishwash soap and soft linens and absorbent towels. Relax in the living room and be part of the conversation with whoever is in the kitchen or dining room with the open floor plan. With a buzzing restaurant presence close by you will enjoy many styles of cuisine close by. Universal Studios is 5 miles away, Hollywood Bowl is 7 miles from the house and many shopping malls, museums, Hollywood attractions and theme parks are close by.
This is the home my family and I grew up in and we are so excited to have updated and restored our home to share with others. We think our guests will love the area as much as we do!
We do not have instant booking and will speak with guests to answer questions before we finalize any reservation.
We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home. We are here in the neighborhood and our property manager is close by. Our neighbors appreciate quiet, respectful guests. No parties or gatherings above 6 people at any time, which is the maximum the city of Los Angeles allows for our home. Two parking spots in the driveway in front of the gate (medium sized) and parking in front of the house except for trash pick up days.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE IN OR OUTSIDE OUR PROPERTY.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We are in a lovely, family neighborhood. Walk right out your door for a quiet, tree shaded walk - mostly flat sidewalks. You are less than 1/2 mile from Studio City Whole foods and about a 10 minutes walk to the new Erewhon Sportsmans Lodge complex with lots of restaurants and shopping. We mostly love that our neighbors have lived her in most cases 15 - 50 years and the families have kept their homes through many generations.

We kept the integrity of our home by updating everything but not adding square footage or upper level. We love our high ceilings and open floor plan with a great kitchen to cook in or spacious dining room to enjoy take-in food. We are outdoor people so we enjoy our patio, barbecue, fire-pit seating outside and even sitting on the front entry bench. In the winter time, we enjoy the lovely cozy living room and fireplace.
