The Aurora House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo located downtown just steps away from Canal Park, Duluth's infamous Lakewalk, multiple restaurants, the Greysolon Ballroom (wedding venue), Blacklist Brewery, downtown shopping, a casino, a public beach access, and more. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a completely remodeled, historic, Duluth building. (Remodeling completed August of 2021). The building's lower level currently hosts the European-style bakery, Duluth's Best Bread. The building smells amazing!

Wedding Groups:
Our Greysolon Wedding guests love that our condo is only a one block walk to the venue! We provide moveable full-length mirrors in each bedroom, hair dryers in bathrooms, lots of make-up towels, wine glasses...

Clean and comfortable stay that accommodated all of our guests nicely! Right in the middle of all the fun Duluth has to offer, and close to the DECC where we had our conference.

This condo is beautifully designed and decorated from head to toe. We had 9 men staying here for a college reunion trip and everyone raved about it. Very well stocked with many extras and thought out design details. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Great location to easily walk and explore the bars, restaurant's and the Canal Park area. Our host was excellent ,responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this condo and had a great experience.

The space was perfect for our group of six and was close to several restaurants and activities. The location was also great as it was close to walkable paths down to the Canal Park area.

Had a wonderful 6 days staying here. Everything was perfect. 100% plus as advertised. Used this location for skiing 3 resorts with 5 people. Everyone in our group loved this place. Plenty of room to stretch out. The bakery on ground level was an added bonus. I would definitely rent again.

This is one of the best VRBOs we stay at (yes, we return every time we go to Duluth!) it is beautiful with amazing beds and it is huge and comfortable and stylish and very functional. Easily fits our large family with kids! Love the kitchen and coffee nook and the bonus living room/dining room area is fantastic. A must stay!!

Amazing condo

We enjoyed staying in this downtown condo. It was spacious and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a beautiful space for my family to enjoy. I highly recommend the Aurora House and look forward to staying there in the future.

We loved how close we were to the lake and we took many walks to Canal Park and along the boardwalk. Never had to move our car!

My kids said they wanted to live here forever! Being from Duluth originally, it was such a great vibe with the old Duluth landmark photos and exposed brick walls. It was spacious enough for our whole family to spread out and we did our Thanksgiving dinner in the open kitchen. Location was great for getting to Bentleyville, right onto the lakewalk to burn off energy and walk to the depot for the Christmas City Express. We would stay again and again!

I spent my summers for over 20 years working at my grandfather's small family vacation resort in Northern Minnesota, and now manage rental properties in the Duluth/Superior area. (You can bet I won't ever leave a mess for housekeeping where I travel!) Our Aurora House Condo is special because it belongs to our family! The rest of the year I am a wife, mom, handy-woman, and private math tutor. My hobbies include juggling, waterskiing, and DIY home-improvement projects.

Our condo is a short walk to Duluth's Canal Park, the Lake walk, and many popular restaurants and attractions - many of our guests park once and enjoy the area on foot.
