Wonderful home for our family of five. The house had a beautiful view of Lake Superior. The house was clean and in a great location. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!

The house and accommodations were as listed. The beds were very comfortable and parking was easy. Beautiful view from the front porch our first evening. Smokey skies the remainder of our trip, but we thoroughly enjoyed Duluth and the area.

The house is obviously older but has been fixed up and is nice enough, overall/has everything you need for a short stay. Showers had great water pressure/temp for all seven of our guests to get ready for the day. Upstairs did get a little warm. There was a fan in just one of the three bedrooms. Close to a nice, easy hiking trail that we enjoyed.

Check in details were communicated in a timely manner, the house was super clean when we arrived! It was a great place for three couples to spend the weekend.

Because of the time of year, we would have liked to be able to regulate the heat/cooling better. First day there we were in the 80’s then next morning we were in the 40’s overnight. Loved that there was coffee& filters there. .

Thanks for the nice review. Regulating the weather in Duluth through out the year would be great. I'd love 70 degrees year round, but I bet our downhill skiers wouldn't be happy, in the winter! Thanks again for staying at our vacation home. Chad

Nicely renovated home on the hillside with an amazing view! We enjoyed the fireworks from the front porch and watched the ships come in from the main bedroom upstairs. Centrally located and close to Canal Park and Bayfront Park, and anyplace else is a short drive away. Out the front door, be sure to check out the historic Incline Stairway Trail a half a block away, and hike up to Observation Hill for a good workout and views!Home was clean with plenty of room for the four of us, but with four bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, there’s room for a larger group. For those with accessibility needs, there’s a back entrance and a main floor bedroom, bathroom and living room space.Chad was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know.Great experience and we hope to stay again.

Our stay was great! Everything was just like the description of the property. The house was in a great location, the view of the lake was amazing, easy to get everywhere in Duluth. I would definitely stay here again!
