This gem offers lift service to the mountain, as well as access to over 80 miles of hiking, cross-country, mountain bike, and fat bike terrain! After a long day on the trails, kids of all ages can relax in the association's private heated pool and hot tub, or take the shuttle up to the mountain to enjoy the dining, entertainment, and night-life. We're born and bred Mainers and who've been skiing Sugarloaf and enjoying Carrabassett Valley for years; me since I was a teen!. My wife and I finally had the opportunity to purchase this unit, back in 2019, and we're looking forward to sharing the magic of the area with others.

This unit is perfect for a small group or family. It is just a short walk to the Snubber lift and on the bus route, so access to the mountain and it's amenities is amazing. It is also directly across the road from the access to the cross-country trail system and walking paths.
After a long day skiing, guests can take a dip in the heated pool and hot tubs, play some ping-pong, bumper pool, foosball, games and more at the on-site recreation building. Or, take a trip up to the mountain and experience the local bars, shops, and restaurants.
