Open the double front door of this executive home and check how long it will take for somebody to say "WOW". The home is on a triple lot manicured landscaping front and back. Open plan common area that is tastefully furnished. Master suite was designed for royalty with a king size bed, huge ensuite bathroom, sitting area and computer station Ammoire. There are 2 computer desks where you can work or stream as much as you want with 400 Mbps internet with Samsung Crystall UltraHD 65" TV. Backyard with crystal clear heated salt water pool and lots of poolside furniture will ensure that you never forget that you are on vacation. Totally fenced in yard has lots of space for everyone to spread out and have fun. Above all, you will have a host that is determined to give you a 5-star royal treatment. You will have room for 8 adults in total comfort.

Great experience!

Dee was very responsive to my inquiries and came and fixed issues I had right away such as no light in bathroom and toilet wasn't working. I would highly recommend this property.

Florida visit

The house was good enough but the furniture was a mismatched hodge podge of old Goodwill furniture. The description said the pool was heated but it was too cold for swimming. A lot of lamps had no bulbs or were burnt out. The racks in the dishwasher were bent and rusted out. The yard and garage had a lot of trash laying around.

Property was exceptionally clean. Great neighborhood. Not far from beach or any shopping you would need. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay all that we had hoped for. Thank you

Nice clean comfortable property

My family stayed at this property for the past week and it absolutely accommodated everything need. The king size beds were comfortable. The property was clean and provided all the amenities we needed and the heated pool was awesome. We comminuted with our host who always promptly responded and was extremely friendly.

Not What We Expected

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home and the location of the property. Some of the furniture desperately needs an upgrade. It was very noisy, as there was a busy street behind this home.

Didn’t want to check out

My family and I highly recommend this property! It is beautiful and very spacious!! The completely fenced private back yard is gorgeous as well!! The host, Dee, was amazing, so accommodating! I messaged asking about a coffee pot the day before arriving (there was a kettle and instant coffee already there but my nana didn’t want instant coffee) and he went out and bought a new coffee machine as well as asking if he could get anything else for us. Communication was quick response with the few questions we had and I felt as though we were cared about our entire stay. I will be returning to the area as we have family in Cape Coral and I will definitely be booking this same property again!! I can’t wait to come back as I didn’t even want to leave! Thank you so much Dee!!
