The rental includes two beach chairs with an umbrella from March 01 through October 31, 2026.

This condo is located at the Long Beach Resort in Tower 4 on the 8th floor, Unit 803

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The email with the door code is sent to the guest's personal email address used when making the reservation. There are (6) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

UPSCALE AND ELEGANT CONDO. LOADED WITH LUXURY!!!

Come spend a relaxing vacation in this clean and spacious upscale 2 bedroom condo. Step inside the front door and you are face to face with the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has been freshly re-painted and has all new plank flooring and trim which was done in October 2022. This condo was additionally remodeled in December of 2023 with new granite counters in the kitchen and baths, new sinks, new living room and master bedroom furniture. All the mattresses were replaced in January 2024.

The living/dining area looks out onto your own large private balcony and beyond. There is plenty of comfortable seating with two sofas. Room for everyone to enjoy watching a movie on the flat screen TV and free WI-FI.

The dining table has room to seat 6 and there is seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The luxurious kitchen with upgraded cabinets, stainless appliances and slab granite counter tops is sure to impress. The kitchen is clean and well stocked.

Get a good night's sleep in the primary bedroom king bed. Pull the custom draperies with black out curtain if you wish to sleep in or leave them open and wake to view the dawn through a floor to ceiling wall of windows. The master bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a bench.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. This room has the same fabulous view through floor to ceiling windows, also with custom draperies and blackouts.

Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and flat screen TVS.

Yes, it's great inside but you came to the beach to enjoy the outdoors. Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches and can honestly boast one of the widest beach expanses of any resort around. You will never feel crowded on our beach.

The resort has 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The Lagoon Pool is located between towers 2 and 4 and the heated Polynesian Pools are located between towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4.

Long Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are within walking distance or a short drive away.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. Maximum of 6 adults.

Love this condo. Very well decorated and the beds are comfortable. Didn’t cook in the kitchen but it looked like it had all of the essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

The Condo was just what we expected. We had a few last minute changes and the owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo with stunning views! Loved the Balcony. Great Pool. The Manager of this Property communicated well. The only bad experience I had at this property was that they were doing construction improving the building and grounds that’s to be expected in off-season so I don’t want to reflect anything negative about the condo.

Beautiful condo in a wonderful location. We love the balcony views, floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms, the wonderful beach chairs and the location. Kitchen is well stocked and they had two extra portable beach chairs our kids were able to use, which was a great added bonus of this unit. Elevators are quick, parking is easy and close to buildings. We love Long Beach! Only complaint is the small hot tubs were extremely hot, almost painful and then the large hot tub wasn’t warm at all for half the week. The lagoon pool was also ice cold, but we loved everything else!

This property is beautiful!

We have vacationed at Long Beach before, and it’s our preferred place to stay. This unit is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The balcony is perfect with great furniture and there is no place better to enjoy morning coffee. The bedrooms are perfect, the living area is very comfortable, and the kitchen has great appliances and is well lit. The unit definitely has an upscale beach-feel and is very comfortable and inviting. We would love to stay in this condo again.

Gorgeous Condo!! Highly Recommend!

Tastefully decorated. Furniture is very comfortable. Big, comfy leather sectional sofa fit our group perfectly. The bathrooms in this condo have been remodeled and are gorgeous! To us it was the perfect location. High enough for a beautiful view and low noise level, but low enough to be able to spot stingrays and dolphins in the surf.

Lovely Relaxing Stay

Thank you for sharing this comfortable property with us. My young adult son and I met some family here ( they stayed in tower 2)and we were able to relax in this clean, well appointed condo. I was surprised at how quiet the towers were. And having stayed in Panama City at a nearby condo, we had no problems with slow or overcrowded elevators. Overall great experience!

Great condo

We have stayed at long Beach before. Great condos including the one we just stayed. Parking is very convenient, elevators are fast, always functioning and no long waits. Location is the best. Our condo was nicely decorated, nice furniture inside and on the balcony. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Nice kitchen and has the necessities. Contact was always prompt on questions.

The property was just as described! It’s beautiful!

We had a great stay at this condo! Everything was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was an armband was missing and one was broken. I contacted the property manager and she offered to have some sent up to us. No trouble at all! We hope to stay there again next year!

Wonderful condo, resort, and management.

This is our 2nd stay at this condo. It is clean, roomy, and has a wonderful view! The management at Barefoot Beach Rentals is always prompt with replies to questions. We can’t wait to return again! Condo comes with 2 beach chairs. The guys who operate the chairs were nice and gave me a ride twice to my chair and back to the resort gate due to my knee injury. They even gave my husband their cell number so we could call them if needed. Wonderful resort!

Great location…condo needs some TLC though

Great location! Great condo layout! Entry door frame not solid and no deadbolt. Exhaust fan in second bathroom didn’t work. Washing machine had mold on seal and wouldn’t come off when I tried to clean it.

Great condo, clean, pictures accurate, wonderful view.

Condo was great. Pictures are accurate. Clean and tidy. We only had one issue with being unable to unlock the door on arrival, but maintanence was very quick to respond. Walk in shower was a necessity for some of our guests, but it needs a new shower head and towel bar closer to the shower. Also, a few of us currently enjoy Gods gift of our own private summer. The air unit was locked at 70 so we couldn’t make it colder in the middle of the afternoon when it was hotter. King mattress needs updating and is hard, but it was good enough for 3 nights. The other beds were great and the couch extremely comfortable. Also, if you have 6 people showering back to back, hot water runs out after the 4th shower. The patio is very nice but we were unable to find the light switch to turn on the patio light.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I have managed that condo for 4 years and have never had a complaint about the king bed. I guess it is a matter of personal preference. The condo is fully equipped with blackout drapes in all the rooms if the sunshine becomes too bright in the middle of the day; however, the temperature does not exceed 70 degrees if that is what you have the temperature set to. Florida Law has mandated that no condo with a balcony that faces the beach can have a patio light. This is to protect the turtle population so as not to interfere with their breeding. The condo has a 50 gallon hot water tank with is standard for any two-bedroom unit at the resort.

Horrible Sliding Glass Door

Overall, we were happy with our stay but when you looked close you started to notice how the unit was not cleaned very well at all. We always had to wear shoes or else our feet were black from all the dirt on the floor and not being properly cleaned. My kids and myself were never able to open the main sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. It was impossible for us all except my husband. If we wanted to access our balcony, we had to use the side doors from each of the bedrooms. It was extremely frustrating! I've stayed at Longbeach Resort on 3 other family trips and this was the only time I can remember being so frustrated with something like this! It definitely needs replaced asap!! Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the views are amazing!

This condo is beautiful and is just like in pictures. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything you needed. The elevators were very fast. The pools was amazing. The sunsets were Amazing! We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. We will be back!
