If you are looking for a 3BR condo right on the beach with full floor to ceiling windows facing the beach from every room, then you need to check out Unit 401 in Tower 4. Beautiful decor makes this condo an excellent choice. Kitchen is fully equipped including drip coffemaker and Keurig, crock pot, etc. Private bathrooms in every room. Extra large washer/dryer. Free WiFi and full stereo system with speakers throughout the condo! Two balconies overlook the beautiful white sand beach. Fabulous lagoon pool, poolside snack bar, and three hot tubs on the property for your enjoyment. The condo was very roomy. The beds were comfortable. Decor was nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We definitely stay at this condo again

Best location on the beach

Absolutely loved this place. This condo is located in the perfect spot on the beach. Was able to have an amazing 4th of july with family and friends. The condo owner was fast to respond and realy clear on thw expectations!

Family beach trip 2025

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio furniture was very comfortable. I would definitely rent again. Owners were very nice and always available.

A bit disappointed.

The condo was in a good location. Nice beach and pool access. The condo needs a few things updated. First and foremost the sliding glass door. We woke the whole complex every time it was opened or closed. Bathrooms could be deep cleaned and updated. Mattress need replacing. Saw a few bugs.

D'ville Couple

We stayed here last year and came back this year. This condo is very well decorated, very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it is equipped with everything you could need. Plus, it comes with free beach chairs. I would very much recommend this condo. The owner is great to work with also. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is wonderful! I plan to be back again next year too!

Refreshing condo with all the amenities!

The condo was beautifully decorated capturing all the seaside vibes. It was filled with everything necessary to have a great time. Stocked kitchen, extra blankets, pillows, rugs, beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats even! I slept great on my bed. The patio door was giving us a hard time but Angela was quick to the rescue and had a crew come out and they replaced the rollers on it in no time. We will be looking to stay here again on our future trips!

Winter Getaway

The Long Beach Resort properties I have stayed in have always been wonderful, and this unit was no exception. From reserving the unit to checkout, the process was smooth and easy. Angie was wonderful to work with and addressed questions and concerns immediately. You could not ask for a better location, directly on the beach, and amazingly close to shopping and dining. The unit has very comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Condo

We loved our condo! Some towels need to be replaced due to staining. However, this condo had more personal touches that I really appreciated. Our only complaint would be the big pool closes at 8 pm which means everyone comes to the smaller pools and it got really loud. The pool closing times were not enforced except at the big pool. The big pool closing at 8 is a problem, in my opinion.

Absolutely amazing!

Great property right on the beach! Unit was exactly as shown! All accommodations were top notch! Great location with shopping and restaurants all within walking distance! This unit has an amazing beach view and is steps away from the beach!!! Property Owners are a pleasure to work with---I received all information I needed prior to my arrival---and even though I did not need to contact them (because everything I needed was throughly explained) I had their contact information just in case! I absolutely loved the property, the owners and my time in Panama City!! I highly recommend this property!!

Best vacation condo ever!

We loved your condo at Long Beach Resort #401! The views were spectacular, all 3 bedrooms had a gorgeous view of the beach, the pools were wonderful especially staying open until midnight. We saw dolphin from the balcony, found sand dollars in the gulf. Don't know if the sandbar is there all of the time but it was perfect for our grandchildren, water was gentle not huge waves. We will definitely return to your condo in PCB when we vacation with family, our favorite. Not sure if you own a smaller condo for when we return without family? Your furnishings were so nice. Thank you for a lovely week!

Fabulous Condo in a great resort!!!

This condo is nicer than the photos, super spacious, extra clean, well maintained and has a wonderful layout. Beautifully decorated with high quality electronics and appliances . The ice maker was a plus, the washer is huge and the dishwasher super quiet. We loved the gorgeous lagoon pool. The beach is clean & chairs were great. We liked the gated security & friendly guards. The resort is located convienent to everything. The 4th floor was perfect and we never had to wait for an elevator. The balcony is huge and the comfy sectional out there was relaxing. The beds were great and all three bathrooms have double sinks and very large tubs/showers. The best family beach vacation we've had, I hope to rent this condo again!

Beach, please...the view is everything

The condo is stylishly set to reflect the beach. All the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, including a keurig & a coffee pot. Remember beach towels, reserve the 2 beach chairs for your entire stay. It is very convenient to have Walmart so very close, making it very easy to get all your essentials for your stay - clothes/dish detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, baggies/plastic wrap. Bedrooms: Pros: beds are very comfortable & great knowing they are encased in a zipped protector, then a mattress pad. Great view, it is really nice that detachable shower head is available in the bathrooms with a tub. Cons: in the double bedroom wrestling with the top sheet all night & resetting it every morning because the mattress is too deep for the fitted sheet was not fun...but my family calls me a princess. Double room gets very warm & could not really pull back curtains to enjoy view. With an elderly person it might be easier to use double room shower than step over & into the tub in the other 2 rooms. Wish that the shower had a detached shower head in the double room. Water pressure is terrible, however it is to be expected in a condo. We very much enjoyed our time in the condo, we would stay again and thank Angie for sharing her home.

Beautiful view! Condo was very clean and kitchen stocked with everything needed. There was construction going on but Angie had been giving us updates prior to our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with breathtaking views of the ocean, beautiful decor and lots of space. Every bedroom felt like a private retreat, each with its own bathroom. The condo has a huge balcony with lots of seating to watch the waves and sunset! We had an unforgettable vacation and can’t wait to back!

If you have visited other beach front property, you will understand the benefits of the floor plan of this condo which runs parallel to the beach. Not only the living/dining room, but ALL THREE bedrooms have full floor to ceiling windows offering a wonderful view of the beach from the entire condo. The main balcony is accessible from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom has a private balcony not only facing the beach, but also overlooking one of the smaller pools. The fourth floor location provides just enough privacy while still allowing you to feel part of the beach scene. Also you are low enough to use the stairways instead of the elevators if you so desire.
