Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, and the host communicated each step of the way with directions to the house as well as everything we needed to know for checking in and check out.

We had the best time over the weekend! Everything was well kept and the property manager was always on point with any questions we had!! We will definitely return for a stay, short distance to the beach with easy access!

Nice place within walking distance of the beach, a donut shop, and some food trucks. Place was as advertised, clean, and well maintained. Host was responsive and easy to please. I’ve stayed in VRBOs that have a long list of rules, making you feel unwelcome. This one had a very short list of the normal expectations, like please don’t flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets due to the septic system limitations. Enjoyable stay and would do it again.

I had a wonderful first time visiting the Bolivar Peninsula, and I could not have been happier with this property. I was traveling solo and working remotely, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The property has excellent amenities, an easy walk or quick drive to the beach, plenty of cooking supplies, hot tub, close to restaurants and stores, and very quiet and safe. The host was very communicative, kind, and made sure there were no issues during my stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful week.

This is my second stay at this house and it was just as wonderful as the first and I am sure that I will stay again. Everything is clean nice neat everything you could want for a vacation.The location is one of the things that I love the best. You’re close to everything even the beach.
