This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.

Great Stay near Raleigh

Such a wonderful little place to stay if you need to be in the Triangle area. There’s lots near by, in a cute and safe neighborhood. My dog and I loved walking around and exploring. The pool table was a fun touch. The host was very responsive with anything I needed. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area!

Great stay!

Spent 3 nights at this wonderful place. The “apartment “ itself was so clean! Ben provided so many wonderful touches like snacks, boardgames, and of course, the pool table!! Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Raleigh!

Weekend in Raleigh

The space was excellent! Clean, tidy, and a very fun environment. Their willingness to host us and our pup made for a stress free weekend as we attended a concert and explored the city. Very close to restaurants and easy to find, 10/10 experience.

Great location for us

We stayed for two nights for a dance competition. The location was close to where we needed to be each day. The home was clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed learning how to play pool during our down time. The owner was responsive and checked in on us via a message the night we arrived.

Really great

Would totally stay here again - the owners made us feel welcome with a lovely welcome message & cute little snacks. They made the unit in their home totally private and that’s how it felt .This neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous .

Clean, Great Amenities, and Thoughtfully Equipped!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend and will absolutely be considering staying at this property again for future visits to the area. The spaces were very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Light switches and TVs were even labeled to help us navigate the space and avoid confusion! Check-in and check-out was incredibly easy which made it much easier considering our flight landed quite late and a hassle-free check-in was appreciated. Even with the property being attached to the host's house, it was very private and quiet and we did not at all feel crowded in by the hosts.

Great stay - as advertised!

We only stayed night, but it was a great booking. Clean, good neighborhood (I had to walk my dog several times) and pet-friendly. It had great touches with games and toiletries (in case you forgot). The host was friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

Needed a place to near downtown for one night while in Raleigh. This place was convenient, clean, and the host committed well and in a timely manner. There were a few nice touches like a few drinks in the fridge and truffles on the bed. It's a good place for 2 people and a bonus for us since we had our tiny dog with us and she was able to stay.
