This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.

Great communication with the host. Space was very clean and easy to find,very nice neighborhood. Parking was very easy and close. Probably the cleanest place I’ve ever rented and stayed in. If you’re a light sleeper like I am, you’ll hear the upstairs but if you’re a heavy sleeper, it won’t bother you. I would totally recommend. Be sure to check out the glow in the dark floor! It was pretty cool.

We felt right at home! The space is clean and cozy and different in a really fun way. The shower is incredible and the kitchen was tidy and stocked with a keurig which my Brazilian partner appreciated! The bed is also super comfy and the little desk was perfect for my partner to get some work done on one of our days. Only a shame we couldn’t stay longer! Ben is super friendly and responsive, and really helpful. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Location was excellent! We came for a hockey game and couldn’t have been more pleased with everything! Good communication from host. Clean, very comfortable bed, ate at a really great near by restaurant the Bella Monica for my husband birthday. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Second time staying here while visiting daughter in college. Great unit for the two of us. Less than 10 minute drive to NC State. Walked around the neighborhood everyday just as I would at home. Bottom line: would certainly stay again.

I came to town to visit my son at NCSU, and this was the perfect place to stay. Great for 2 people just needing a place to crash for a couple of days.The property is exactly as described and the location is great. It's in a safe neighborhood and you can easily park right out front. The owners have done an incredible job with the space; they really thought of every little detail. Communication was fantastic and the whole process was smooth. I'll definitely be back!

I had such a great stay in here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made it easy to get around, and everything I needed was close by. The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great property close to everything you could want and/or need! The space is well stocked, clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated two adults and a Dalmatian for a weekend in beautiful Raleigh. The host was very kind and responsive. We plan to come back in the future :)

This property is private and the owner has thought of everything. He even has chocolates on the pillow! Very responsive to any concerns; we only needed the thermostat adjusted. It is convenient to NCSU which is what I needed.

This rental is perfect for evening events in Raleigh if you’re coming from out of town and don’t want to drive home! This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first time around. We appreciated the thoughtful complimentary drinks and snacks, the bed was comfy, and the sound machine made for a restful night of sleep. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! It was exactly as described— clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was very cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extra touches like beverages, snacks, and even chocolates on our pillows. Those details really made our stay feel special. We had a very nice stay here. The pool table is a fantastic amenity and added a lot of value. Everything was remarkably clean and comfortable. The bed is especially wonderful. The fridge was even stocked with a few snacks, sauces, ect and the host was great. It's even easily walkable to the shopping center down the road.The area is lovely and the butterfly bush outside visible through the windows gave a great appeal, though no blinds on a lot of the windows gave everything other than the bedroom a lack of privacy.What's more, I would not recommend staying here for more than one or two nights at a time. No laundry or cooking area, no real table, and periodic repeated stomping above the bedroom even after midnight on weekdays made it not the perfect choice for a longer stay.If you're traveling through Raleigh for a few nights, can't imagine a better place to stay for the price, especially if you enjoy pool and don't mind missing a few amenities.
