The house was lovely and Ben was great at communicating whenever we had questions. We wanted a place that was a little quieter and removed from the activity on Commercial street this trip. This house was perfect for that, but still only a short walk to everything. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The host was very communicative and the check In was very easy. The house is located in a great location and came with 2 bikes. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for a week. Will def come back.

This was an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to effectively communicate and ensure our stay was successful. The house was clean and spacious which perfectly suited our group during the visit. The location ideal - we were able to enjoy the quietness of morning on the deck while also being a quick walk away from the center of town.

Great repeat stay in Ptown

Great location in Ptown, near the gym, store and Mac's Fish house with parking but walkable to the main commercial strip in 10 minutes. Second time staying and would stay again!

A Great Place to Stay

It was located far enough off from the main strip to allow for some down time and privacy during a very busy week. Easy to access by car, foot and bike. Close to all amenities.

Great Stay at All Decked Out

We had a wonderful stay at ADO. It's secluded enough from town to give some peace but also close enough for quick access. Grocery store and bike shop nearby were a plus. We really enjoyed our visit!

Great stay and great proximity

I want to thank Ben for being a great host and let him know that his house is beautiful and very peaceful. The pictures and descriptions are pretty accurate and most of all I enjoyed that it was walking distance from the town center, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Had a great stay at Ben's property in PTOWN. Location was great - close to town but also very quiet and secluded. Would recommend!

Great location and property

Ben has a great property here. It’s a short walk from the heart of town, is beautifully designed, and very clean. Overall, a great option for a medium sized group looking to stay in Provincetown, and priced very reasonably for what you get.

Great Place to Relax!

We had a great time during our stay. We were tucked away enough to relax and unwind, but just a short walk to all the activities. The house was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the house when we didn't feel like going out.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was perfect for our group of five. Super comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the quiet of the location and the easy walk down to Commercial St. It’s also very convenient for the Stop & Shop. Ben was a great host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our week here

House has everything you need. It’s in a quiet location but still close to the center of town. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive.

Clean, updated, good location

A first visit to Provincetown for most of the family and we all enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, updated and in a good walking location close to town. Place is just as advertised and well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies.

A Fantastic Stay

This place is great for you and a group or family. 3 cute bedrooms, enough bathrooms for everyone, and the living space for relaxing. What we really loved was its location, close enough to walk to the shopping and entertainment down the road, but also off the beaten path. We felt like we were up in the woods, with plenty of quiet and privacy.

This was our group’s second stay in this home. The home is well appointed, clean, and centrally located. It’s within 10 min walk to everything including the Ptown gym, grocery store, and Boatslip (assuming you walk at gay speed). It was perfect for our group of 5 and would book again in a heartbeat.

Trip to Ptown

We recently stayed at this property on a group trip to Ptown. It is about a 10 minute walk from commercial and very close to the nearby Stop and Shop. A good home base to explore all that Ptown has to offer.

Ptown

Bens place was great. Stayed for a week easy access to town by walk & beaches mostly by drive. Very easy to communicate with.

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was great and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The host was easy to work with and gave us good information about the house and the local area. The only concern to report is that the bedrooms are not as described or pictured. The bed in the king bedroom is actually a sofa bed and you can feel the creases in the mattress where it folds up. The picture of the king room is inaccurate and is actually a duplicate of one of the queen room pictures, taken from a different angle. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else about the house and enjoyed our stay in Provincetown.

Thank you for your feedback, Amy. I'm glad you enjoyed the house, location and your stay in Provincetown. You were absolutely correct that the photos and description of the lower-level bedroom had not been updated to reflect a change made shortly before the season, and I apologize again for that. Both have since been corrected. For the benefit of future guests, the king is an American Leather Comfort Sleeper — a high-end sleep system specifically designed to provide the comfort and sleeping surface of a bed rather than a traditional pull-out sofa. It is extremely well reviewed for comfort, although mattress preference is of course very personal, and I'm sorry it wasn't comfortable for you. The current listing now includes photos of the actual room and bed so guests can see exactly what to expect before booking. Thank you again for staying with us, and I'm glad you otherwise enjoyed your time at the house.

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our long weekend! We are a group of 6 who like to spend our days at the beach and nights out on Commercial St. The location was great for feeling close to the action but having tons of privacy. And the house is even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely will be coming back!
