Gorgeous, recently renovated, high ceilings with tons of windows, and a big porch. Very unusual for Provincetown. Highly recommend - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay. It was exactly as advertised; clean and quiet, yet close to all the fun. It had everything that we needed and the deck was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Another splendid stay!

Quiet and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. And still not far from all the action of Commercial Street. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in many places in Ptown. This was by far, the best. Clean, well appointed, wonderful beds, quiet! Far enough away from the masses but not too far from the fun. Donna provided excellent communication and very friendly! Can’t wait to go back!!

Walkable --yet a secluded feel

This property was well appointed and quite comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pre-stay welcome and communications were excellent. Would definately return!

Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Walkable to the center of P'town, quick drive to National Seashore beaches. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Owner responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A very well stocked apartment in a very quiet neighborhood adjacent to a wooded area. Awoke to bird song. Commercial Street, Bradford Street, MacMillan Wharf, and Pilgrim Park and the Causeway were all a short stroll away.

There was a typo on VRBO end, I called them and they were not able to change the overall rating, so frustrating. condo in the trees

This is the third summer (early Sept.) my sister and I have stayed at 38 Creek Road. The location is wonderful. The condo layout is elegant and comfortable, and we love the feel of being in the trees.

A perfect quiet

The condo is exactly as described. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and near a lovely restaurant. The owner is fantastic! The condo is a short bike ride to the beach, and a short ride to downtown. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants to be near the energy of Provincetown without the noise.

Lovely

Lovely rental property. Everything was nice and new. Very pleasant and comfortable space. It had everything we needed, and nice added touches. The deck is spacious, and backs to a tree filled space - private, shady and filled with birds singing. Our host was great. Responsive when we had a quick question.

Great Space .. Private.. close to everythin

The Condo was exactly what I was looking for.. clean,comfortable ..quiet. The Kitchen bath .. the whole place was well equipped .. I highly recommend Unit 2. And it’s 2 minute walk to Commercial st… Could not have asked for nicer place.. and Deborah and Ron… could not have been more than accommodating. Thank you .. it’s much appreciated… Charlie

What a treat!

Owners: responsive, helpful and responsible. Location: west end at it's best. Close to commercial street and the water. Not too far from the Stop n Shop, either. Amenities: loaded. Outdoor shower is nice. Huge deck; dining for 6. Well-stocked kitchen. Highlight: the unit backs up to open space. You look out at trees. Birds and crickets, very quiet, very peaceful, very private.

Excellent

The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including very organized collection of basic cooking spices (a pleasant surprise even though we chose to dine out). Very clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished, even fresh flowers on the table. Communication with host Deborah was excellent (responsive and accommodating). Great for a small family, or two couples who get along well (not a huge place if you're two couples, but just spacious-enough if you get on well; and it's certainly nice). Quiet neighborhood. Excellent proximity for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but a very easy walk to Commercial street. The best of both worlds.

A Tree House in Bird Song Heaven

This elegant, well-appointed condominium was, in thirty years of renting on the outer Cape, the absolute nicest I've ever stayed in. Everything was new, everything worked. The layout was comfortable, cozy, and being inside still felt like being outside with trees, skylights, birdsong, and sea air. The manager responded to my texted questions instantly as well. We were close to town and the beach but hidden away in our own quiet leafy grotto. What else? Fabulous shower, well-equipped kitchen, great stove, lovely deck, glorious pillows. A return visit is in our (near) future.
