There is a queen bed with a brand new mattress (March 2024) a ceiling fan, a/c in the bedroom, and a tub shower combo in the bathroom. The living room provides air conditioning as well as a sofa bed, a recliner, and a television. Enjoy the gorgeous view and the cooling trade winds as you relax and enjoy a meal on your private lanai.
