Welcome to your Maui getaway. If you're searching for the perfect Kihei condo, you've found it.

This peaceful fifth-floor condo in Building C offers beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, Mt. Haleakala, and the lush tropical gardens from the private lanai. Just across the street, you'll find Kamaole Beach Park II, one of South Maui's most popular beaches, known for excellent swimming, snorkeling, seasonal sea turtle sightings, and unforgettable sunsets.

The property features two swimming pools, two barbecue areas, a tennis court, and beautifully maintained grounds that feel like a botanical garden, filled with colorful flowers and fruit trees. Tennis rackets and balls are available to borrow from the office.

The spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The recently updated bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed with a memory foam topper added in December 2020. New split Air conditioning in the living room + bedroom helps keep the space comfortable after a day in the sun.

Step out onto the lanai and enjoy panoramic views stretching from the sparkling ocean to majestic Mt. Haleakala. During the winter months, you may even spot humpback whales breaching and spouting offshore.

The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled and are thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals at home.

For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for keeping beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Guests also have access to a variety of beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, a cooler, and sand toys. You'll also find guidebooks, novels, games, complimentary private WiFi, a television with Netflix, and a DVD player for relaxing evenings indoors.

The location was absolutely ideal, there were several beaches within a short walk. The beaches were great and there was always room for us. There are lots of amenities around. The pool and BBQ area was great. The condo itself was a bit dated but overall we were very happy with where we were.

Excellent location and a clean property

Apartment is clean, everything was as expected. Great location - beach right across, multiple beaches within short drive. Lot of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Decent views of the ocean from the balcony.

Perfect place

Great location with 3 great beaches within 5 minutes. Also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking. Great property Very quiet and well done Unit is done nice and Great views from the lanai. So nice that there is beach chairs coolers an snorkels. Highly recommend.

The condo manager Natalie was very helpful and attentive. She did her best to accommodate a request we had! Thank you Natalie. The condo was very clean, kitchen is well stocked, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys were a nice added touch! Bed was very comfy! Patio was covered so was great considering it rained a lot. Saw whales spouting when dining on the patio. Reserved and free parking spot was convenient and the location of the condo was right across from the beach! Liked the pool too! Small but not many people using it! Would definitely stay here again!!! No ‘cons’ to consider!

The condo was in a good location, close to the beach and walking dustance to restaurants and shopping. The sofa sleeper had cereal in the sheets, so it had to be cleaned before it could be used. The AC did not work, they did bring a fan when requested. Suggest the get a wagon for bringing things up and down from the parking lot.

Comfortable and convenient

We had a comfortable stay at this property. It is convenient to several beaches and I walked across the street to the beach every day.There are local restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. Lovely sunsets off the front balcony walkway if you don't want to walk to the beach.

Great location

The location was great. The place is a tight if you have a big family. Was clean. Loved having coffee on the balcony and the washer/dryer for those beach days. Only negative was the unwanted 4-legged visitors, so don’t keep your luggage on the ground. Besides that, it was not a bad stay.

Fun get away!!

Everything I viewed when booking, was just as it was when we arrived! And the beach was actually closer than I anticipated! Everything in the condo felt as if you were at your own house! Just in a better location with a view! lol we couldn’t have asked for anything better and would come back here and stay again! Lots of places to shop or eat just within walking distance! Which was a bonus for us! All the amenities that go with the condo are awesome! And it is a very quiet and relaxing site! I would recommend anybody to stay here!

Awesome place and fantastic location

The property is just as described and everything was provided. The kitchen is well stocked with regard to oil and spices. It was also great to have beach chairs and masks and snorkels at our disposal, including two coolers. The bed was super comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed. It was a pleasure working with the owner/manager and we would definitely stay there again. Mahalo

Lovely stay in Kihei!

The unit was fantastic & had everything we needed. We really took advantage of the full kitchen & enjoyed using the beach stuff. The unit was exactly as pictured. Location is great - right across from Kam II (great for watching sunets!) & close to everything in Kihei/Wailea. Natalie was super amazing, responded to questions quite quickly & even let us stay a little later past checkout (late flight). The staff at the office were also very friendly & helpful.

Cozy quarters

We had a wonderful 12 day stay at the condo. Close to beach and pool. Pull out couch was good for our teen son. Main bedroom was large, but could have used a better lighting. Kitchen was equipped with basic supplies. Blender was a bonus. Overall great condo and would recommend staying there.

Very pleasant accommodation.NO unpleasant bugs nor insects of any kind, thank goodness.I enjoyed this apt. Everything worked, i had no need to call for any maintenance or repairs.I had no contact with a property manager. The office ladies were very helpful

My wife and I live an hour north of San Francisco near the coast on a family farm. We have 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren so far (our son and grandson are pictured on the surfboard just off Kamaole Beach across the street from the condo). I am a general contractor and my wife works at our local community clinic. She also grows a variety of fruit which she makes into jam and sells to local stores. We make it down to Kihei 1 to 3 times a year and have had some great family vacations.

We first visited Maui on our honeymoon in 1974 and have enjoyed going back over the years. When looking to buy a condo we rented a unit in Kihei Akahi and decided it was the best complex for us - with convenient access to a family-friendly beach, beautiful grounds, and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
