LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses, duplexes, and communities line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and some outstanding restaurants. The beach front is easily accessible whether you are directly on the beach or across the road! Little Lagoon access points and beach access points are found at the end of every cross street. The Little Lagoon access points provide an opportunity for a day of adventure via kayak, paddle board, or boat rental! The fisherman in your family will love shore fishing in the gulf or fishing, crabbing, or flounder gigging on Little Lagoon! West Pass on West Beach is an ecological treasure chest where Little Lagoon meets the Gulf of Mexico.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Walk to the beach!

This property was ideal for a reconnection reunion for a group of old college friends. The proximity to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, and comfortable living arrangements made the perfect backdrop.

Vaca dream

We stayed 4 nights and it was excellent for our families. Walk to the beach was short. Loved the accomidations. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home near the ocean.

This is a beautiful home located close to the beach, within walking distance. It is centrally located to activities in and near the city. The home has large bedrooms with a bathroom for each room. I brought my daughter’s sister and cousin. We had a great vacation.

Great stay

The stay and accommodations were great! Just a little heads up that you may not be aware of In the master bedroom upstairs (at the end of the hallway closest to the washer/dryer) the middle of the mattress closest to the headboard caves in. Maybe clasped or a support broken and this did not effect us, but website says bedroom 4 has 1 double bed and 1 twin bunk bed and it does not, double bunk bed only. That accommodation my need to be updated as it may effect others

Great Location

The house was 5 min walking distance to the beach. Also a great, easy walk to the lagoon. The pool was nice and the location quiet. The management answered my needs quickly. I’d recommend.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious

We are repeat customers for several years now. Always enjoy this home. Great managers and communication. Very clean, comfortable home with lots of space for our family. Pretty and short walk to beach along the lagoon. Just remember to bring towels, extras, as instructed. Hope to be back next year!

Absolutely fantastic

There was 8 of us and this house was perfect! My 3 kids their spouses myself and my husband room for everyone space to share and space to spread out the house was exactly like the pictures and the descriptions I hope to spend another vacation here.

Excellent Family Time

Great place for a group of 10-12 to stay and have some quality time. Our family was quite comfortable. We had 14 as the listing indicates and 2 (even children) would not fit on the trundle, but for our group we were able to make the other options work. Great location.

I’d stay forever

The house was amazing!!! We took our 19 and 20 year old daughters and their boyfriends as well as my aunt and uncle with us. The house is awesome sized and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and the day after I messaged someone came to clean the pool. The walk to the beach is short and the cart that is on site is nice to get everything to the beach. One of the carts was broken when we arrived,I had messaged the management company because I didn’t want them to think we broke it. They said they would bring a new cart or have someone fix the broken one. It didn’t happen while we were there, but we were able to get everything to the beach with just the 1. Things to remember if you’re bringing a large group - bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and a large skillet. Also, bring extra blankets!!! Thankfully I took a blanket with me or I would have froze. When you have 8 people in the house it’s always going to be to warm or to cold for someone. A couple extra blankets in the closet would be nice. Overall this house was fabulous and we can’t wait to rent it again.

Wonderful stay - version 2.0

Our teen/adult kids requested to return to this property. We like the quiet neighborhood (a little off the main drag). We like the proximity to the lagoon and ocean. We like the layout of the home with bedrooms for the kids/friends upstairs (with their own TVs, bathrooms, etc), the master downstairs, and plenty of space for family gathering in the open kitchen/living room. It is always too cold to enjoy the pool at this time of year, but the outdoor spaces, including balconies, are wonderful and would be even more enjoyable as it warms up. Well-equipped, very clean, newer home with responsive, professional support services from the property managers. Just really enjoy the property and people. Hope to come again next year!

Great find!!

Our 5 day stay here for 8 adults and 1 infant was great! Though it wasn’t right off the beach, this was still a great location. The pool is on the smaller side but good enough to relax in away from the beach, just wish there were some shade options (umbrella or shade screens). There is now a grill but there was no propane so we ended up using our own grill. Definitely a lot of stairs if you’re not used to it or have to carry kiddos up and down to the bedrooms. Kitchen had plenty of dishes/pots,pans/utensils for a trip if you’re not particular about using your own - kitchen was just missing salt & pepper shakers. We also wished the kitchen furniture was not cloth because we would always have to change out of damp swimsuits in order to have a meal all together between beach and pool sessions. No water pressure in the master shower upstairs - ended up not using that shower after the first day. Walls in upstairs bedrooms are VERY thin - everyone upstairs can hear each other in the next bedroom. A few provided blankets would be great as well for those that are used to more than just a quilt - we luckily brought our own. Other than the small particular things mentioned we had a great time! The house is beautiful & a great place to stay for a family’s visit to Gulf Shores.

Would stay here again

We really liked the property. Pool was small but we saw that from other reviewers. The kids loved it. We did have a few maintenance issues. The company got a new phone line while we were there and didn’t answer for a day or so but otherwise they were very responsive. The house does have a grill now- I noticed other reviews said it did not. That was a nice surprise. Short walk to the beach and great location. Could use a large skillet for cooking meals otherwise the kitchen had what we needed. We need a 5 bedroom going forward but otherwise we would stay here again. Also, as noted in another review, the Queen with trundle bedroom is a double bed not a queen as listed.

Family vacation

The property was not ready at check in, the couple cleaning it was not done. The pots and pans needed to be replaced. There is no binder on the counter for the house rules like in the listing. The cold and hot were backwards for the shower and the bathroom plug ins didn’t work. The door off the main deck didn’t latch. Was told there was a bbq on the property, but there was not one. Property manager did get us one on our last day of our stay. Pool is very small and not idea for a large family. We Loved gulf shores, beautiful beach! Overall we had a wonderful time spending time with our family and grandchildren.

Great place to stay!

Very clean place with lots of space for family or friends. Customer service was super responsive and friendly. The location is ideal with only a couple minute walk to the beach. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Great Location and Access to Beach

This property is located in a great location with just a short walk to the beach. While the steps to the property are sure to give you a leg workout during your stay, the home is relatively new and has been well-kept. Fair warning, most all of the shower knobs are backwards. The cold is hot water and the hot water is cold. In addition, when we arrived the pool was green. I was able to get in touch with the property manager and it was resolved the first night of our stay. We were able to enjoy the pool our second day there and the remainder of the week. If you are traveling with a large group, be sure to bring your own toilet paper, especially if you are planning to stay more than a few nights. Overall, we had a great vacation with perfect weather!

LOVED the house & location

We really loved this house. It’s pretty much brand new, super clean, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. They got us checked in about an hour early which was awesome because we had two 1-year-olds. A few things to be aware of: -One room is listed as a Queen with Twin trundle. It’s actually a Full with Twin trundle. We had to shuffle our room assignments because of this. -There were only 2 kitchen towels. As a group of 8 adults, 2 teens, and 2 babies, this was not nearly enough and we bought more. -There is one small skillet. The kitchen had a ton of dishes and lots of appliances but I don’t think they actually expected people to make full meals in the kitchen. If you’re planning on cooking for more than 4 people, you’ll need to bring a large skillet or wok and maybe your own preferred cooking utensils. I wished I had mine. -Two of the showers had the hot/cold handles switched. -About halfway through our stay, the keypad broke and would not stop beeping. Management let us use the hard key so it was fine. None of these things were dealbreakers and we would absolutely stay in this house again! Just listed them because I would want to know if I were the owner.

Spring Break Get Away

Overall the experience was great. The house was very nice and fit our needs perfect with 4 adults and 7 kids. Pool was small but it worked for the kids. Easy access to the beach and great walking trails! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing vacation

The house was clean, had a nice set up, and the private pool was perfect for when the beach was closed. We would recommend a grill onsite (we bought a $20 grill at Dollar General) and a larger frying pan or griddle for people who want to make breakfast. Other than that, we loved our stay!
