Kristin was a great host and communicated with me very well. The property was great. Everything was clean and the description of the property was exact. The pool was great and proximity to the beach was also wonderful. Children could move freely between the house and the beach in sight the entire time. There were great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. It was perfect for my family. We had a great time and plan to return to Pleasure Key.

The property needs a great deal of TLC. Some balcony doors would not open, need more towels and washcloths, the upstairs vents appear to have black mold, the bedrooms need night-time curtains, the pool needs cleaned, we cleaned the grill and ice chest before using, more silverware is needed, need a light in the outside stairway, the pool doors need to be repaired, the furniture in the downstairs TV area needs cleaned or replaced.

We had a wonderful experience at Pleasure Key! The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our group of 13. We loved the proximity to the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool as well. There are many activities and great restaurants in the area. Our host, Kristin, was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

In the second bedroom on the first floor should have darkening curtains.We had a wonderful stay and beautiful walks on the beach.Sunrise and Sunsets were amazing

Fun In The Sun!
Our group of 16 enjoyed the location and ease of this place. The beach is gorgeous and there’s lots of things for families and teenagers to do within a couple miles!

It was everything I had hoped for. My family loved it and we had plenty of room for 14 adults. Loved the private pool and being right on the beach.

Great place for girls’ trip
Beautiful house right on the beach! Heated pool was wonderful. Plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. We had a great weekend!

Great house and location
Really enjoyed this home and amenities especially the heated pool and the location further away from the larger condo complexes. For spring break, the beach was not crowded at all.

Pleasure Key was an absolute pleasure!!!!
The overall experience of this home was amazing!!! We had a large group of friends and a whole pack of kids and we all were very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the access to the beautiful beach as well!! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great time in the sun!!!!!

Friends spring break
Great property, enjoyed our stay very much. We had an issue with the pool heating up, owner was very responsive and fixed the issue. Great spot! Would book again in a heart beat.

Great location!!
The listing description was 100% accurate! Right on the beach, with an easy walk from the house to the sand. Having the pool all to ourselves with all the kids was great! The kids loved the bunk room.

Great stay, quiet beach
The house was great plenty of space, comfy and clean! Also very well stocked first time ever in a VRBO that it had every pot, pan, utensil, and small appliances you may need. The host was great to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times through out our trip. If we were to stay in the area i again this would definitely be a house I would try to rent again

Family Vaca!
The property is exactly as it is described. Our family of 9 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room. The views from the decks are amazing and the condo is conveniently located to restaurants and groceries. We hope to visit place again.

Loved it!
We had a great stay at the “pink house”! The house had everything we needed. Perfect location!! Great sized rooms. I would recommend this house for any large families or groups wanting to make memories together!

Perfect stay for family
A perfect home for a large family of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for cooking and eating. The bedrooms with bathrooms were so convenient. The pool was perfect when the little ones got tired of the beach. The beach was quiet and the water was warm. It was a perfectly beautiful stay. Would recommend for a large family.

Great house!!
This house was so great! Right on the beach and with a pool! We had 9 adults and 4 kids! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect! The pool for the kids was great as well! Kristin was amazing! Would for sure stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love relaxing on the beach, walking the beach at sunrise & sunset, watching the dolphins play, building sand castles, swimming in the pool, cooking & eating outside, watching football on the big screen, celebrating special occasions, and just enjoying our time together with family & friends. One family member remarked that having coffee on the upper deck in the morning was 'her favorite spot in the whole world.' It has been a great place for us to spend time as a family & share with our loved ones.
