Welcome! You do not need to look any further! Please see our reviews if you aren't convinced. This beautiful cabin is like new and provides a warm, comfy indoor living space with great outdoor spaces to take in the peaceful setting and amazing view. Also, no annoying cleaning fee!

- You will be able to stretch out with 3000 square feet of living space that is spread across the main level, lower level and outdoor spaces

Main Level Includes:
- Open sunny floor plan with beautiful a stone fireplace, family dining area and modern fully stocked kitchen
- Walkout to the deck where you can take in the amazing mountain views while relaxing or dining
- 2 King bedroom suites with private bathrooms
- Separate office space
- Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer
- Convenient half bath room
- Access to a dog friendly fenced-in side yard. See below for details on pets
- Gas grill on deck

Lower level includes:
- Relaxing game room with a shuffleboard table, wet bar, two TV's and a stone fireplace
- Third bedroom with a queen bed and additional bunk beds. Also has an attached full bathroom
- Access to lower patio, hot tub and firepit. All with mountain views

Great getaway, comfy beds

First off, communication with Matthew was great - very responsive and accommodating. The property is very nice - spacious with a great view. Check in and out was super easy, and it is very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. The beds are super comfortable - all of them, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Cute House; Had a great relaxing time

The property was as advertised and lovely. The hosts sent very great communication and information. The only thing we really noticed was that previous people had not picked up after their dogs in the fenced off area. We spent part of our first day picking up and cleaning it up so us and our dogs would not accidentally step in it while out. The king suites were nice, the bathrooms are beautiful and the kitchen had everything that we could possibly need.

Birthday Trip

I gifted the trip to my husband as a birthday gift and invited friends to go with us. The cabin was perfect for two couples as well as being conveniently located to shopping and dining. The views are spectacular. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Fantastic House amazing view

The house is great, with amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. You are 10 minutes from downtown blue ridge and 10 minutes from mccausville and Tennessee. Perfect location and the fenced in yard is a bonus for the dogs. I would recommend 100%

This cabin is a fantastic place to get away. Easy access, and very comfortable. Would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away and relax. Plenty to do within very short drives, or plenty to do if you just want to stay in!

Can’t wait to come back!!

This house had it all and checked every box for what we wanted! We were two couples (no kids) who were looking for a stress-relieving weekend with our dogs to get away from it all and have a quiet, comfortable weekend. And this place delivered!! The location was great, the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, the beds are amazingly comfortable, the common areas are cozy for lazy days, the view from the deck was gorgeous, and every other detail down to the tasteful decor and fantastic water pressure in the showers made this a place that we will absolutely be coming back to. I could go on and on. The only problem we had was that we had to leave at the end of our stay!! And, I can’t forget to mention the owners. I’ve rented a lot off VRBO and never rented from someone more responsive, friendly and attentive to making sure we enjoyed our stay! This place is a gem, you wont regret it!!

Wonderful property

My family and I just completed our third visit to Blue Ridge staying in this beautiful home. We found that once again, the furnishings were in very good shape, and we had all that we needed. This home provides such a welcoming place to relax outdoors with the huge porch, lower deck, and fire pit. The view is breathtaking!

Amazing Experience

Our experience was wonderful. The check-in process was a breeze; getting there was easy if you follow Google directions and pay attention to the numbers. I got there late at night but I made it up there effortlessly with low visibility. The property is gorgeous and spotless. Even though I wanted to enjoy nature, I could watch my college football games. The TVs were great. The place has most of the basic items you need. Everything. The game room downstairs is perfect. Lots of different things to do. Your kids will have lots of fun. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Even better than the pictures!

This home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to Blue Ridge! It was the first time that a rental home has been even better in person than in the pictures. It was beautiful and the incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The office even made for an ideal nursery for our baby. We would absolutely come back here!

Wonderful place to stay in Blue Ridge!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a stay in the mountains. The view, amenities and covered deck were by far our favorite part. Absolutely amazing place to stay. Our teenagers had space to hang out in the basement playing checkers and shuffle board while we were up on the deck enjoying coctails and the view. When we wanted to watch the Olympics, the couches were comfortable and the right size for our entire family. Thank you so much!

Our Favorite Cabin in Blue Ridge

This is the 4th or 5th time we've rented this cabin and can’t wait to go back. Everything we use is on the main level and we bring our dogs. One of them is a senior so the ramp to the fenced in yard is perfect. We love it and can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Matthew for being a great host!

"WOW" factor!

Have you ever had an experience or seen something that stops you in your tracks and all you can say is "WOW"! This home has the "WOW" factor and then some. This home looks better than the VRBO pictures. We stayed two weeks, and I did not want to get off of that porch looking over the mountains. Five plus stars!

Mountain paradise

This place is amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice! The view is stunning. We spent so much time on the gorgeous covered back porch that had the most amazing views! It is gorgeous home in a great location. We brought our dogs and they loved the porch as much as we did not to mention the fenced in yard. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were beautiful and we had great water pressure(which if you have ever stayed in the mountains, that is a big deal) The house is in a beautiful community with all paved roads making it not difficult to access at all. We did have a little problem upon arrival but Matthew responded immediately and took care of the issue right away. He even checked up on us in the following days to make sure all was ok. He was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

A Must Visit

Almost Like Home is a beautiful cabin in Blue Ridge, with amazing views! Mathew and Sara were fantastic hosts. They were super quick to reply to inquiries, offered a helpful "things to do in the area" listing, and even gave us their phone numbers in case we needed to reach out for any reason (which we didn't). The cabin itself was great - clean, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials for a pleasant get away. I definitely hope to return for another relaxing weekend soon!
