The hosts were absolutely amazing. The property was perfect for our group. Beautiful sunsets off the back deck. Very peaceful environment and was so much fun. We truly enjoyed the house! Would definitely rent again!

Great House and Location

We loved Lakota Lodge. The house was perfect and well equipt. It was close enough to Blue Ridge and to great hiking. Its very private and the views are awesome. The house is so cozy and we slept great! I'll definitely stay there again.

This house was wonderful! Everything was exactly like the pictures. Easy to find and also a short trip to Blue Ridge. The house was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub, and the kids loved the arcade game. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with. You can tell they take great pride in their house. Highly recommend!

The communication from the hosts was thorough and very helpful. The house is very well appointed with most anything one would need. We hired one of the local transportation companies who came and picked us up to take us to downtown to visit several of the local breweries and other places. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was amazing, clean, private and had all the amenities!

The property was nestled in the mountains and had lots of privacy. The wood burning fireplace was really great. The beds were very comfortable, huge shower downstairs. Plenty of games and really cute downstairs. Hot tub was amazing as well as the outside fire pit

Magical and secluded

We picked mineral bluff because of its central location to the things we wanted to do on our vacation and it checked everything we wanted off our list. The cabin was secluded peaceful and beautifully furnished with everything we could need. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and roasting marshmallows by the fire with our kids. (Core memories created here I will remember forever 💙) we got to see fireflies for the first time in our lives. They loved the pac man arcade and the game room was perfect for movie night with a comfy couch and huge tv. Thank you so much for a great vacation and making sure our stay was good during the trip and for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

My husband and I were looking for a private cabin weekend getaway and this was the perfect place! Very quiet and relaxing! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We stopped at the grocery store on our way in and could walk right in and have dinner ready in minutes and relax in the hot tub afterwards and not have to worry about not having any of the essentials, the hosts have thought of everything! We loved the outside deck with the dining table and seating around the fire table. Enjoyed nearby waterfalls as well. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in the mountains while staying at Lakota Lodge. The house is clean and beautifully decorated with a pretty mountain view. We had everything we needed for our stay including extra niceties such as ingredients for s’mores and a Keurig with coffee pods. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after busy days of exploring Mineral Bluff, Blue Ridge and McCaysville. Our host was an excellent communicator. We’d love to stay here again!
