SeaHaven is an amazing compound here in Surfside where you can tuck yourself away within the walls that surround the property & walk right down to the beach well.

From the moment you drive up to the gate, you will feel the luxury beaming from the house that beckons you in. As you enter the gates you will see the inviting swimming pool. 2 outdoor bars, a built-in BBQ with outdoor kitchen space & outdoor enclosed shower. There is a pool house under the home that provides a space the get out of the fun in the sun and chill out, watch some TV, play video games, or visit with friends. Also in that space, you will find an additional sleeping space with 2 single over Full Bunk Beds.

Upstairs… let the luxury begin. The foyer boasts a beautiful floral arrangement with a ceiling that goes from the bottom floor to the upstairs with crystal light fixtures. The living room has a gorgeous comfortable space with plenty of couches and chairs for everyone to gather. There is a 75” smart TV and an electric fireplace to add a little warmth during the winter.

The kitchen has beautiful quartz surfaces throughout. There is an instant hot water faucet over the stove and a large bar where friends and family can gather while the designated chef prepares meals. There is a dining room where all can enjoy each other’s company over a great meal, play dominoes or cards, AND if you don’t want to miss that ball game… there is another wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom #1 is a Master King Suite just off of the kitchen that provides privacy from the rest of the group. Featuring a 60” SmartTV, multiple USB charging ports, a beautiful bathroom with Spa showers, anti-fog mirrors, and a Bluetooth speaker.

As you venture up the staircase you will immediately notice the crystal light fixtures hanging over the foyer entrance and the wall art.

Bedroom #2 Upstairs has a King Bed, a 55” SmartTV, and amazing views of the beach and the bay.

Bedroom #3 Upstairs has a Queen bed and a 55” SmartTV with the same view as Bedroom #2.

Bedroom #4 Upstairs has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a 55” SmartTV with views of the swimming pool.

The upstairs bathroom features a stand-alone shower with anti-fog mirrors and a Bluetooth speaker.

The bedroom/living space downstairs features a spacious coach set including 2 Twin and 1 Full Bunk Bed, 2 Air Beds, a 60” SmartTV, an Electric computer desk, and a full kitchen /bathroom.

This home has a unique 360 wrap-around deck that connects both the front of the house and the back of the house. From here, you can enjoy various beautiful views of the home including, the swimming pool, beach, bay, and city.

This luxury vacation home features a water softener and water filtration system, and high-tech lighting throughout. USB charging ports are conveniently located around the home inside and out, 1GB of high-speed WiFi, a workspace for those multi-taskers, large SmartTVs, brand new comfortable furniture, and bedding. And, on those nights you just don’t want to cook or BBQ you are steps away from Red Snapper Seafood Restaurant as well as nearby liquor stores, convenience stores, gift shops, and more.

Party Policy: No parties/events are allowed at our home. Any special occasion must be pre-approved by our team for additional fees.

No children under 18 are allowed into the swimming pool without adult supervision. Swim at your own risk no exception
