135 Salt Grass Ave, Surfside Beach, TX 77541 (we don't hide the address, so you know exactly what you are getting!). Spectacular ocean views from large front and private back decks. This house is only a few steps to the sand and direct access to the ocean. Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home is fully equipped with all new furnishings. 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably (up to 2 more on sleeper sofa, +$10 per person, per night). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and kitchen counter seating (ideal for kids while parent in the kitchen). Other amenities inside include unlimited high speed internet (wired and wireless), cable 4K HDR TV with Blu-ray player in the living room and DVD library, 4K HDR TV and Blu-ray player in the master bedroom, sofa and loveseat, large dining table (seating for 8), stereo, private washer and dryer in the property, new central A/C and heat, and ceiling fans throughout enables you to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation with memories that last a lifetime. During your first visit to SeaRay, you will already be planning your next trip!

This property comes with picnic table, chairs for the deck, shaded sitting area with ocean view under the house, charcoal BBQ, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blankets, boogie boards, skim board, beach sand toys, outdoor shower, covered parking, and much, much more!

The water is brown in color and stinks! We took a shower at night and the next morning could still be smell the odor on our skin in the morning. Nasty.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful home, had everything you need in the kitchen, practically on the beach it’s so close, lots of movies to watch in the dvd library, would definitely stay again!

The host communicated with us and kept us informed with everything we needed: The house was very clean and was how it was described. We were there with our two adult kids for a wedding and it was perfect. We walked to a couple of restaurants and bars and had a great time. The house is right by the beach assess bridge, takes maybe 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Would stay again.

The host was amazing!!! The place was perfect! We stayed as my son wanted to propose on beach and he did!!! The house is a few steps from beach and had everything we needed and was amazing! 10 out 10 for sure!!!

Wonderful Experience

This was the perfect stay for our family weekend getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was literally a one minute walk which was very convenient. We plan on renting here again soon!

Thanks, Cherylle! We look forward to your return stay to SeaRay. Since your last visit, we have replaced the couches, TVs are now 4K HDR, added deck-height wooden adirondack chairs on the front porch, replaced a bunch of the beach items including all new beach towels, and many other upgrades in the kitchen utensils, knife set, etc. We are now asking guests to let us know if anything is broken or worn out, so we can quickly replace the items. We are glad you enjoyed your time in Surfiside Beach.

Great spot. Felt at home

Very convenient and cozy. Beds were hard but we were so tired it didnt matter. Kids had a blast.

Spent 2 nights here with friends for our anniversary. Friday was a dark and stormy day but because the house is so well equipped with everything, we were perfectly content to stay inside, play games, eat/drink and be merry. Saturday was cool and windy but the front deck is perfect for sitting and enjoying the view and catch some sun while somewhat protected from the high winds. Location is fabulous, as is the owner. Comfy beds, comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots/pans), great sitting area under house, charcoal bbq pit, every size/type of beach chair, umbrella, toy, etc. you could possibly need. THE perfect getaway.

Just like home !

Perfect stay! House had everything we needed and so many extras! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were so nice - no need to pack your own! Host was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with- we will definitely stay here again- I couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation !

Fun for the weekend!

6 adults stayed here and we enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The condo was nice. Everything was provided and made the trip easy. All beach necessities were available. I will stay here again with family and friends.

Nice stay at Sea Ray

We had a lovely stay at this cute beach house. A great space for families and groups of friends. It’s within 100 feet or so of the beach area. The owner provides an ample amount of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, a rolling cooler, sand buckets and toys, boogie boards, a skim board, etc)!
