The home is located on the upscale and quaint Pass-a-Grille beach, ranked by Trip Advisor as the #1 beach in the U.S. Just a few steps from the home's front door is private access to the beautiful calm, blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is so much for you and your family to do from lounging on the white sandy beach to motorized water sports (at the Don Cesar Hotel which is minutes away) and so much more!

The home is one-of-a-kind, with lots of sunshine and high ceilings. The split-level floorplan offers a living room, billiards room, as well a casual dining room. Enjoy the quiet cornor lot with hammocks and adronacks chairs. Have your morning coffee and yoga in the tranquil lanai.

There are also plenty of restaurants and the property is 20 minute's drive to St. Petersburg where you can dine at the Pier and nightlife on Beach Drive and Central Avenue. Also, 30 minutes from Tampa and Sarasota.

Be prepared to enjoy the beach. We will provide towels, beach toys, beach chairs, picnic baskets, etc...

We absolutely loved our stay! We were hesitant because we have never not stayed beach front before but the property is literally steps away from the beach on a nice corner lot. Having a garage to pull our vehicle in was great. The beach felt private as there wasn’t a lot of people in the area where the beach access lead us to. Sammy was excellent with her communication. Overall, we had a great time and can’t wait to return!

House was clean and had the amenities that were advertised. The adjacency to the beach was very good for our older family members being able to walk to the beach with reasonable ease. Our host was great and very responsive to our questions, provided a lot of local information and recommendations.

I rarely write reviews, but I really am pleased with my stay at this home at St. Petersburg beach. The property manager met us at the property for check-in, and walked us through showing us where everything was. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautiful, nicer than the pictures can show. It is well-stocked with essentials to get you started. There are plenty of nice beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart. The neighborhood is quiet and the well landscaped beach path is across the street. The beach itself is a quiet part between Passa Grille and the Don Cesar. I had to work a lot during my trip, and the desk/wifi setup is pretty much business quality. Thanks, we'll be back.

Everything as Promised

Photos of the property do not do it justice. The house was definitely one-of-a-kind and very comfortable. The neighborhood was great. The house's close proximity to the beach, with private boardwalk, gave you the feeling that you were accessing your own private walkway to beautiful blue waters and a perfect spot for watching sunsets. An added bonus of the house was that it was located two blocks from a neighborhood restaurant and bar, where you instantly felt like you were among friends. The homeowner, himself, made us feel very welcomed and was so accommodating. The property host was so responsive to all of our questions and added personal touches to the home to welcome us and make us feel like we were home. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our friends.

My family and I moved to Florida two years ago and we instantly fell in love with the beautiful Pass-A-Grille. Even on busy beach days, we never have to worry about finding parking or a spot on the beach as the private access is reserved for residents on our street. I have two children who love going to the beach with their friends and jet skiing at the Don Cesar. This house has created some wonderful memories for my family and I can't wait for others to create their own!

Pass-a-grille has a historic feel of an Old Florida Town to south with a block-long beach-front downtown filled with galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. Only a few blocks north from this property is the renowned Don Cesar where you can purchase spa services, water sport rentals, and day passes for the pool. With the Gulf only a few steps from your front door, miles of soft white sand, and endless restaurants within a three mile radius this home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable vacation.
