Perfect location and a perfect property for our family! We had 3 generations traveling from WI so the 3 seperate levels were perfect…each bedroom had its own bathroom so we never missed a dinner reservation…spent plenty of time on the beach (a 3 minute walk) in St Petersburg and Tampa! A great vacation!

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! Plenty of room for everyone. The toys and books were wonderful for the kids! The two doggy blankets were a nice touch for our two small dogs. We had a short walk to the beach. The location is very convenient! A small grocery store is within walking distance, and a couple of restaurants as well. We enjoyed the lovely view of the bay. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The rental was not clean at all. We have stayed at this rental before things were a lot better but this time was nothing to write home about. Lots of things need to be upgraded and new things bought for the price of the rental, not to mention a new cleaning service. Kitchenware and the couch being worn out and just overall uncleanliness are at the top of the list.

This guest comes to the house and on day one said it was not clean enough. So I said, that I would either refund her cleaning fee, or send the cleaner back over, which ever she preferred. She said to just refund the cleaning fee. Then on the second to last day of her stay, She said she wanted a three thousand dollar refund! She wanted this 3k (AFTER SHE chose not to have the cleaner come back). She was just mad that I refused to be blackmailed by the threat of a bad review. We have 78 reviews of “excellent” and just a few where things like this happen.

Even better than the pictures

Perfect location with easy access to everything, from the beach to dining or even activities in the bay. Great comminucation and no issues, just good times.

Fabulous vacation

We loved the location and ease of getting around. Lots of comfortable room for everyone. Love watching boats and dolphins from the living room. We will definitely return.

Great Beach Week

If you want to stay at a property and enjoy the beach daily this is the property for you. Beautiful sunsets nightly. Great shelling beach. Not super busy at our beach access.

Lovely Passe a Grille location

Very well equipped home in a fantastic location just two blocks from the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience shop. Our extended family (ranging from 3 months to 74 years) were able to comfortably spread out and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great location

Great location. We enjoyed the view from the balcony-- dolphins, boats, pelicans! Great to be able to walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our extended family with kids. Stove and oven were not working but host addressed the issue!

Great Beach Home!

This is a great vacation home! Excellent views and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere on every floor. Short walking distance to the beach plenty of options for restaurants and great deli across the street. Massive open kitchen and plenty of open space with water view. Absolutely amazing beach home and plan on visiting again soon.

Beautiful house within walking distance to restaurants and shops. House was very spacious and a short walk to the beach as described. Owner was helpful and quick to answer all questions.

Five Star Treatment

We had the most lovely time. The location was so enjoyable, the view was magnificent, the house was so well laid out and well equipped. Could not recommend this house enough. They really roll out the red carpet for their guests.

Family Memories

This is the 2nd year we have rented this property. Everything was perfect. It’s in a great location on St Pete Beach. Just a short walk to the beach. It’s everything we expected. We will rent this property again.

Perfect House for a Beach Vacation

This house is perfect for large groups. We had grandparents and aunts and uncles with us and each family was able to have an area for themselves. I think the 3rd floor has the best view on the island; its 270 degrees of water. The beach is a quick block away and the house comes with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon. There are great beach bars right next door that are not loud at night and the fish tank is an extra bonus. We will be back!

Terrific VaCa Location & Home

We just spent a month there. All the other great reviews can be repeated over and over. Owner is very accommodating with questions or anything you need. Historic Pass A Grille Beach area is such a great place to be and this home is in the perfect location. Its the center of fun. Very comfortable living and the views and atmosphere of the area are amazing. Beach, restaurants, shops are within arms length. We visit and love the St Pete area and we found a gem of a place to be. Will be back to stay again each year. Thank you Tim for sharing your home.

Beach Get away!!

Fantastic location. We had everything we needed and more. The lay out is very nice for multiple families. Spacious and comfortable for all 10 of us. Great eating places near property. Grocery store within a couple of miles. Walgreens within less than a mile. The beautiful beach was an easy few minute walk. Beach toys and wagon for the kids available. We hopefully will get to rent this property again.

Incredible stay

This house is so much better than the photos. It’s a beautiful sun filled house with plenty of space to spread out. The location is superb - two blocks to the beautiful beach, and a quick drive or 20 min walk to ice cream and other spots on 8th Ave. The house is well stocked, though I’d suggest bringing your own soap/shampoo/etc, as those aren’t provided. Otherwise, there’s everything you’d need or want. Enjoy!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for four nights. My husband and I and our three daughters with their families. It was a really great place for a big group. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and stylish. The living room doors opened right up to the bay and there were parakeets on the tree right there! The walk to the fabulous beach is short and convenient. We walked to dinner twice. The owner was very helpful as well. I would definitely rent this house again.

Gracious Host - Perfect Home - Incredible Location

Beautiful 3 story home, plenty of room to host family reunion type trip. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, pickleball, docks and central Pass- a- Grille. Hosts makes you feel very welcomed in their home with the many amenties allowed for use, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. I will definitely consider another family reunion trip to this beautiful home. Our trip was easy due to the spaciousness and floorplan, allowing for differnt family activities taking place at the same time in the home. You really do not want to miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful, centrally located home in Passe a Grille!

Beautiful house on the perfect corner!

We spent a full month renting this house and the location of this house was truly perfect. It's on a corner that includes a coffee shop, three restaurants, and two markets, and just a block from the beach! The balance of beauty and convenience was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space in the house for my family of 4, my sister's family of 4 to visit from St. Pete periodically, and for other family to visit us during our long stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The housekeeper, property owner, and property manager were all easily accessible and eager to help make the stay great. Overall, such an amazing find and a place that we'd definitely rent again in the future!
