Sonia was a dream to work with. She was on top of everything, communicated timely and was quick to respond to questions/requests. House is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.

We felt like we were staying at a family members house! Super homie feeling and far enough out of town to be away from all the noise, but not too far out that it takes forever to get there!

Outstanding Property

The home was perfect for our group of bird hunters. Everything was as described and the hosts’ went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely be staying again.

Great stay!

Communication was excellent. The house was very clean, quiet, and also convenient to where we were hunting at Walton Ranch. Easy drive to CS or Navasota for anything. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy and spacious

We planned a retreat weekend to prep for the upcoming school year. It was great to have lots of room to spread out and comfy beds to rest in. The home was particularly clean.

Thank you for wonderful hospitality, the cookies were quite a surprise and very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and the wedding was only 12 minutes away. We also enjoyed your recommendation for breakfast at the Red Board Tavern, yummy!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay here! The house and secluded location was great. House was clean and was as advertised. Home owner communicated well and was great to work with. Look forward to coming back next time we need to be in the College Station area!

Great space for relaxing and hanging out with friends!

My friends and I had a lovely time at this property! Host was easy to communicate with and the property was spacious and very accommodating! Loved how the property felt like a home away from home and was great for our gathering! Absolutely recommend!
