This was an amazing property and perfect for our trip. The communication was fantastic from start to finish, and we really appreciated all the extras the house had. It was very convenient to get to everything for a football weekend, and everybody on our trip loved it!

The location is great not too far from kyle stadium, house was clean - needs a little curb appeal in front of and back yard

We appreciate the note on the curb appeal. The neighborhood was built in the late '70s and '80s, so it has a more established, mature feel than newer developments. We keep the trim painted and the yard maintained.

Exactly as described and perfect for our family visit for our daughter's graduation from A&M. Place was lovely, communication ideal. they even left a bouquet and balloon for our graduate! So thoughtful! Absolutely recommend this property!

Wonderfully appointed, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to get to A&M quickly but a peaceful place to return to. Host communicated well and was helpful throughout our stay! Will try to stay here again next time we are in College Station!

Really comfortable and beautiful space that was conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We felt right at home and enjoyed the gathering spaces both indoors and out.

Great set up. Quiet neighborhood. We weren’t there for a game day, but it would certainly be great for a game weekend.

Enjoyed our stay!
The location was perfect! Close to highway and important locations in College Station. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was great! Highly recommend!

Outstanding communication. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. After being disappointed with the last couple of places we have booked through the app, this one exceeded every expectation!

Great little getaway
The house was just as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great. Communication was awesome. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome place. They had everything at the house you needed. We didn’t have to rush to the grocery store for necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and no problems at all. It was very close to town. It was very roomy and updated. We loved it.

Just what we needed
We had friends coming in town for a week and wanted place for all of us to be able to stay and relax. It was furnished well, the beds were comfortable, and the interior design was great! The host was very responsive to any questions I had.
