Welcome to our newly updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, designed to provide a cozy and warm farmhouse-style experience for up to 8 guests. Our long driveway and one-car garage offer ample parking, and inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. All mattresses are new and highly rated on Amazon, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the two large 55-inch smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A full-size sofa bed in the living room is also available for larger family groups.

Communication was great and the bathroom was clean but that’s about it. We did not feel safe in the area, many items need to be updated at this location.

A wonderful place to recharge.

This is a property we would definitely stay at again. It was enough space for six adults and we enjoyed the room to recharge. Be prepared for quite a few stairs. Thank you for letting us stay!

Baseball tourney

Stayed for a baseball tournament. Townhome was very clean and nicely done. We had no issues during our stay.

House was nice, shower heads did not have much pressure, handrails on the stairs leading up to the house were rotted. Other than that the house was nice

Great location for baseball tournaments!

This place is a little gem. It's charming and cozy. All king beds! Not far from the baseball fields. The deck out back is a lovely place to sit and read, and listen to the birds. The host, Lee, was wonderful. Commuication was very easy and Lee was quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall, a very nice stay. Would highly recommend this place.

The house was extremely spacious for our family of 6. Super clean everything. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. There are shopping places close by for food and esentials. The host was very grmeat with communication. I do caution people traveling with small children to bring a baby gate for the stairs that lead from the main rooms to the bedrooms upstairs. But thats not the properties fault.

Lee was excellent in responding to any concern. Unfortunately we had some mishaps with the lights and air conditioning, but it was handle very quickly. The house was pretty clean except under beds and base boards. The kitchen was not stocked enough for more than 6 people. No cooking sheets to bake in oven. Towels were limited and to do wash daily. The ice maker did not work so you need to buy ice and put in freezer. The air vents were dirty and have not been cleaned in awhile. The beds definitely squeak when moving on them. The location was great for attending lake point and Cartersville area. Overall it worked for our party but things could be better.

The furniture was ALL very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were tiny. The air downstairs was great, but it was extremely warm upstairs. And the signs and sounds of rodents was ridiculous. The outside steps and handrails to the front of the property need to be replaced before someone gets hurt!

3 King Beds!

Lee was very responsive to our needs. Communication was great. Had issue with the key code when checking in. The lock was replaced immediately. Lee accommodated our request for early check in and late check out. We were in town for a PBR baseball tournament at Lakepoint. This property is an easy 18-20 minutes from Lakepoint. We chose this property for the 3 King size beds. Worked perfectly for my wife and I and 2 kids. Overall great experience. Note: there are steep stairs to enter the properties front door but you can bypass those by entering through the garage.

Great Place to stay

Nice town home, very clean and full of amenities. House located in great location to any and everything you could need in Cartersville. Great communication from the host.
