Each bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet. The upstairs loft can be used as a second living room or play area for the kids. The fully equipped kitchen features an open concept and seats 6. Off the living room is a private patio complete with a grill, a table, 6 chairs and an umbrella. The community also offers a pool and play area for your enjoyment. A small fishing pond is across from the community. Wireless internet and cable are provided. We were in town for a family wedding, and having a bathroom for each bedroom, plus one extra made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The neighborhood felt very safe for taking walks.

Clean and spacious

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Place was super clean and very accommodating. Close to lake point and grocery stores are near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful and quiet community

Condo was very nice & clean and had everything we needed. Location was wonderful .. short drive to Lake Allatoona and very close to alot of resturants, stores and grocery stores.

Very close to sports complex! Very nice and clean! Each grandparent had their own bedroom and bathroom! Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and inviting condo

Our family met up in Cartersville for a mini-reunion, and this condo worked out really well for the small group of us who planned to stay for a few days. The owner was easy to work with, and the split-level design worked out really well.

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and needed room for 6 adults. The property was large, clean, and comfortable. The location for us was good. Close to everything.

Very nice!

Everything was as advertised. It was in a very quiet area and easily accessible. Very clean and plenty of towels and toiletries. I would recommend highly and expect to stay again next year.

Mini getaway

Overall our stay was perfect. We were surrounded by various stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas. This made it really convenient for us. Also we were not far from Lakepoint sports complex where my son played basketball at over the weekend. We had a great time, hopefully, the pool will be open next time when we come back. Thank you again for allowing my family to stay at your property.

Very Nice Cartersville Townhouse

The Cartersville Townhouse was very clean. The 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath was very spacious. It's in a nice, quiet community. Thank you to the property manager, Brian, for making check-in and check-out so seamless. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great townhouse convenient location

Townhouse exactly as pictured. Located in a nice and quiet area. Unit is a short walk to community pool. Very convenient to downtown and Rome. Owner is very responsive. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Art trip to the Booth Museum

It was great. Very roomy and accommodating. Three friends, we each had our own room. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Beds were comfy and it was just all around a nice place.
