With a prime locale on the top floor of the Bear Crossing community, this 3BR/3.5BA townhome is just a 10-minute drive to both downtown and the slopes at Winter Park Resort. Take in mountain views from one of the balconies or enjoy soaks in the private hot tub.

Added perks at this rental include in-floor radiant heat, a foosball table, and a garage.

LIVING AREA

Detailed with a gas fireplace and picture windows, the mountain-view living area is the ideal spot to relax after fun-filled days. A selection of board games is available for game nights.

A second living area has a TV and a foosball table.

KITCHEN & DINING

The pristine kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Keep the chef company at the three-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, two tables seat a total of nine.

BED & BATH

This townhome sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a mountain-view balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the mountain-view balcony. The patio features a gas grill and a private hot tub.

Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway).

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location, Location, Awesome

We loved this place. Roomy and everything we needed for our week long stay. We used this place as a basecamp to explore the area's activities. The location was wonderful being so close to our main attraction Trestle Park. We also discovered many great trails behind the home and much exploring was done there as they were easily accessible. With the home being perched on the side of a mountain, the views were amazing all day and night. We loved the hot tub after long days of exploring and biking Trestle Park. We would definitely use this as our HQ again. We really felt like we soaked in the mountains being here. It was quiet and lovely.

Great views

The house was lovely and set up perfect for our needs. Could spend a little money to clean/replace the carpets. Furniture was nice.

Rental needs some attention

Disappointed with this rental. Didn’t believe we got the value for the cost. Biggest problem was the I’ll-equipped kitchen. Few pots and the ones they had had the scrape of Teflon coming off them. Drawers in frig wouldn’t open. Sleeps 8 people and only had 4 drinking glasses. No placemats. No napkins. No hairdryer. No iron/board. No garlic press. Every time we needed something, it seemed it wasn’t there. The owner needs to spend some time upgrading the essentials. Carpet is pretty spent. We did like the complex and the location. Called Vacasa to discuss our experience, but never got a response back.

Amazing place!

We loved the location. We loved the layout of the house. The design and layout of the house made it feel cozy and spacious. Lots of stairs, which gives it a nice feel in terms of extra space on each level. The master is in direct sunlight in the mornings, so bring a sleep mask! We loved our stay so much!! We will definitely go back!

Quiet Location

Loved the location up the hill about a mile from town. Condo was quiet, roomy. Sun does blare through the master bedroom windows early. Kids enjoyed the double bunk beds.
