Located in the Ocean Village subdivision. 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms. Dogs OK.
La Sirena is perfect for your family's next vacation and has been designed with your children and pets in mind.
4 bedrooms with 2 master suites. Large living area of lounging around and 2 dining tables.
Located in the subdivision of Ocean Village just off of 11th St. A quick walk or drive to the beach down Access Rd 1 A.
This is in the golf cart approved driving area.
This corner lot has great balconies to view the Pond and a premier location in Ocean Villas. There is a nice fenced in yard area for your pets (or kids) with views of the surrounding pond. The Shared pool is located across the pond and has a great cabana area for shade. (not pictured)
This property requires a $500 damage deposit check upon arrival.
The Pond has 'Catch and Release' fishing and is stocked with Ducks and Turtles.
When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance. The pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dogs max. We accept all size dogs.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Appliances didn’t work correctly plumbing issues stink like sewer no great kitchen utinsels were terrible I would never rent this place it needs to be fixed up

Nice Location
The property was perfect for us we had 4 kids that could all sleep together in the bunk room and the 3 couples could all have a room to their selves. The location is close to the beach access roads and the middle of Port A. The parking was able to fit 3 Trucks, which is not always possible a some of the rental properties there.

Location was central to town. Great room was a good size.Theres no beach access from this neighborhood. Overall was good but a bit stingy with amenities (i.e. no paper towels, only a mini dish soap bottle and a mini sponge, No shampoo, no tissue. ). You need to take out your own garbage and put your dishes away.

Family Vacation with dogs
It was a very nice place to stay considering we had dogs. The fenced in area was perfect for dogs when they needed to go out. We would have liked to be able to leave then when we went to go eat but the rules said not to. My husband loved the fishing pond right out the door. You need a vehicle to get to the beach when though it is close. It would be nice to have a bigger frying pan. We bought salt and pepper shakers for the house and left them. Be sure to bring all necessities. Great place to stay overall with pets.

Memorial Day Weekend
We've rented with Beachcomber many times before and didn't have any problems so when we saw the condition of the property, it was very surprising. There were dead bugs in several areas (could have happened in between) and two bathrooms had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There also were not enough towels or washcloths left for our group. This was taken care of quickly, in true Beachcomber fashion. Overall, the property was perfect for our group and we will definitely stay with Beachcomber again.
