What a wonderful spot Coastal Soirée sounds like, tucked into that quiet cul-de-sac yet just steps from beach access, with those unobstructed ocean views and that amazing breeze. We're so glad the third-floor deck became your gathering place morning, noon, and night, coyotes in the dunes and all, and that the elevator made things easy for your group. That said, we're sorry the musty smell got in the way, especially since it kept you from enjoying the game room you'd been looking forward to. That's genuinely disappointing to hear, and it's been passed along to our team so we can get to the root of it, particularly on that ground floor level. Thank you for the kind words about our communication and the app, too. We appreciate you choosing us, and we'd welcome the chance to host your group again for a fresher experience next time.

Thank you. Yes, the hurricane doors can be a challenge, especially the one on the third floor master bedroom. They will all be serviced this fall, when the property is vacant, and we can get a vendor to come out.
