This bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, especially if your idea of relaxing involves amazing indoor/outdoor living with a private pool under a lanai, a furnished patio with a TV and loungers, and cooking possibilities via a gas grill. Very quiet, low-traffic residential location, perfect for the kids! The living room has a 70" inch TV equipped with Xfinity Flex. Work station with printer for those who need to work during their stay. Each bedroom is also equipped with TV.

All garage equipment is for the guest to use.
You can add the pool and spa heated option for just $30 per day.

We provide lots of beach items: chairs, towels, cart and beach tent. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed to cook. We provide towels and bed linens.

A great home to recharge your battery and enjoy all that southwest Florida and Marco Island has to offer! Located just a short (4-5 minutes) drive to the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Short minutes from tennis park, boating & jetski rental, mini golf park, etc...

Si tiene niños y va de vacaciones este no es el lugar indicado apenas se puede hablar además por cualquier razón cobran cargo adicional me cobraron 250 porque supuestamente la entregamos sin limpiar

Needs upkeep

The house overall is not that bad. However to start the shower head in one of the bathrooms barely had water pressure. The toilet in the master bedroom when you sit it moves like if it's not secured and we had trouble flushing it. The pool was dirty when we got there and the mesh cover outside had so many spiders, definitely hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Beautiful property we were fortunate to call home and I wished we stayed longer than just two nights. Spacious, clean, comfortable, it had everything you would desire in a house. Our family enjoyed eating outside by the pool and just chilling after a long day at the beach. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Great stay

House was perfect, very clean. Had plenty of toiletries, coffee, paper plates and utensils and tons more than any other rental we've had. Kitchen had plenty of good cookwear. Perfect for a family as they also have strollers, even a high chair. Only minor detail was the pool area TV didnt work. Again a very minor detail. Would definitely stay again. Outdoor kitchen and grill were great too!

I would definitely come back. My family and I stayed a week and the kids enjoyed the pool and bikes. The house was very well equipped with what we needed and it was at a perfect location near the beach, stores, and restaurants.

Perfect family friendly stay.

The house is beautiful with everything you might need. Our kids loved the pool, and bunk beds. It's located close to everything! Would definitely stay again.

Weekend paid for booking by guest

This was a mistake booking that somehow double booked us this past weekend. the owner stated, “ she had availability at this house prior and post accidental booking. she refused to refund our stay. Sent numerous messages immediately after the VRBO mistake was caught. Never set foot on this property, but would not want to deal with a crook of a host like this again. spent hours on the phone with VRBO and she outright refused to refund for 2 nights. she stated there was a line for her property to be booked, which I highly doubt, given it’s not on the water/ doesn’t back up to a canal. this host is fairly money hungry, and in good faith should have refunded the stay since it was immediately addressed. I highly advise looking at other properties, most seem much nicer and actually on the water.

Marco Island

The house was nice enough. However, I wish there was a box of tissues and a washcloth or two. For the cost I don’t think it’s a lot to ask. I went and purchased these items myself. Also, someone left nasty garbage in the garage which led to flies in the house and then finally calling the property manager to get it cleared out. The smell by the second day made its way into the house! These isolated incidents don’t diminish that the house served its purpose.
