A beautifully renovated and professionally decorated one bedroom oasis located at San Marco Residences (3rd floor) on Marco Island. Our condo is directly across the street from the public beach access and steps from the soft sand. You can even see incredible sunsets over the Gulf from the third-floor balcony. Totally renovated with new appliances, furniture and comfortable bedding. And wait until you see the customized wall unit housing a new and comfortable queen sized Murphy bed. Tennis court, pool and grilling area make this a true get-away in paradise.
This condo is centrally located on Marco Island. Kitty corner from the gorgeous JW Marriott and right across the street from the beach with one of the few spots with free beach access. Fun restaurants, shops, and activities all within walking distance.
Free Wifi and assigned parking spot. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available on each floor. Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested.

Enjoyed this condo with amenities in the perfect location across the street from the beach. Ideal to easily explore Marco and visit the nearby Isle of Capri and Goodland. Would have enjoyed a longer stay. Will be back!

Great location, across from a beach access. Able to walk to restaurants, ice cream, shopping and the beach. The condo is just as described. Adequate kitchen supplies, linens, towels, beach gear and outdoor seating.

Great location!
This condo was a lucky find after the Marriott sold out of rooms two months before I was to attend a conference there. It was a short walk to the hotel and to the beach.

Great memorial day weekend!
Really enjoyed the location and access to the beach across the street. The condo was clean and updated and it was furnished with everything you would need to enjoy a long weekend there.

Great Condo in great location!
This was a great place to stay, just minutes from the beach. Condo was updated, very clean, and came with many beach accessories. Ian was great to work with and will definitely stay here again!
