Peaceful, Quiet, Waterfront Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Stick House was exactly what we needed. My parents came with me for a work conference and it provided them a peaceful, quiet place to hangout and nap (LOVED the recliners) while I attended seminars. We met some of the other owners who were so nice and helpful. We would love to come back for more vacations and tagalong work trips!

The property met our expectations and we had a great stay. The host was very good about communication, The only issue I had with it was not getting some of the messages because they'd go to my spam, so I wouldn't get them till looking for it later.

Loved the location and a ton about this house. The only mention is it could use some minor repairs and fixes. We will be back!

Everything was as advertised. We were very happy with the house, pool and proximity to the beach. Quick responses to all questions we had from the property manager. This is a great place to stay.

Great location, overlooks lagoon and short walk to beach

This is our second time staying here in the last year. Great location, you are overlooking the lagoon and less than a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Great location & place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Stick House. It was spacious and clean. It provided beautiful views and a close walk to the beach. We hope to be back soon!

Close to the beach and beautiful view

You can see the bay when you are drinking your morning coffee, and a really close walk to the beach. Also, a pool by the house is really nice.

Spring Break 2025

Comfortable for 6 of us. Quiet area but very short walk to the beach. Loved access to the lagoon. Close enough to everything we needed but not in the middle of the hustle bustle.

Great location

Perfect for fishing lagoon and walking to beach. Place needs some updating and place needs a good deep cleaning.

Our stay

Location was excellent. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed. Beach was a leisurely 6 min walk. Jen was a dream and so very helpful with booking and questions.

Our stay was amazing. The listing states that there are no chairs or toys, but there were plenty in the storage. The pool is close and it was clean. There were plenty of dishes for cooking.Beds and pillows were great.The view is amazing!Honestly, nothing to complain about. We have already talked about booking our next trip here.

Great family vacation

Check in out out was easy. Nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Private peer was a plus. Could use some minor repairs and extra cleaning but overall, we enjoyed the house.

The Stick House Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed vacationing at the Stick House. We were excited that the pool construction was completed and were able to swim in it.The house was as we remembered it. Thank you for getting new mattresses. We slept well each night. The master bedroom tub faucet does need replacement. It leaks and the handle can be pulled off. The kitchen faucet can be leaky as well.The maid needs to make sure the floors are cleaned a little better. They were a little dirty around the edges. We had fun, especially our grandson, who didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon.

Very convenient not to far away not to close to all the traffic. We wished the pool was available to enjoy.
