This home on Mobile Bay is perfect for families with children. This 1600 square foot home was completely renovated in 2018. The house features an open living/dining/kitchen area with seating for 8. Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with built in queen bunks and a large bunk room with 2 double beds and 2 sets of bunkbeds. There are two bathrooms upstairs. You can enjoy amazing views of Mobile bay from a covered porch or walk out on the pier to take in the sunset, fish and swim. Boat launch 1 mile down the road. Bring your boat to the pier and enjoy time on Mobile Bay. The home is located 10 minutes from the Grand Hotel, 15 minutes from downtown Fairhope, 20 minutes from Tanger Outlets in Foley, OWA amusement park, and 30 minutes from the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Peace by the Bay

We are repeat guests. The hosts are excellent and their home is comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, and bookstores. The full pier is great for boat access and for watching the sunset.

Family Gathering!

Great time sharing this home with family! Plenty of room and very comfortable. Location was great,close to downtown Fairhope and Gulf Shores! Will definitely stay here again!

The house is lovely! Even better than shown in the listing. Bring comfortable chairs for the dock - loved napping on the dock in my beach chair! Owners were very easy to work with and responsive.

Beautiful place, excellent all around

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, all the amenities one needs in a gorgeous natural setting. Outdoor grill, pier for water recreation, great bird watching. Perfect for a large family or for a couple alone. We hope to return.

Grandkids

We booked this property so our grandchildren could experience all the bay has to offer. Their ages 6-12. They fished and crabbed until they feel asleep exhausted. They had a blast. The big second floor was perfect for them. They would love to return.

Very nice property! The bay is a great place for kids to float & swim. Great location for exploring Fairhope & the eastern shore area, as well as easy access to Orange Beach.

Best Beach Vacation

The property and owners were great!! This was our first time staying on the Bay instead of the Beach. It was perfect! The home was perfect for our large family. The number of bathrooms was helpful. The full washer/dryer was a plus!! The unobstructed view from the pier into the bay was peaceful. We had a small problem with the A/C that the owners promptly took care of. We will definitely be back!!!!

Superb!

Great location close enough to beaches, restaurants and nightlife yet tucked away to give you some peace and quiet. Extremely clean and well stocked. Paul and Peggy were awesome hosts. We will definitely return to stay here next year.

Great fishing spot

Overall we loved this place. The fishing was amazing and the house was perfect for our needs. With 4 small children it was easy to keep them entertained at the private section of beach. Only minor complaint we had was that the towels seemed damp when we arrived. Not dirty, just damp. We assumed that the dryer just hadn't dried them fully before being folded so we just ran a quick drying cycle. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The hosts have put all the right ingredients together for an enjoyable time. the porch, deck and wharf are outfitted with the right amount of seating and tables to enjoy mobile bay. The kitchen has all the right equipment, dinnerware and appliances to service a group with no fuss. My nephew caught his first blue crab on the wharf and spent days swimming in the Bay. Inside, there were extra pillows, good mattresses and plenty of space. It's also perfectly situated in Baldwin County to be easily accessible to the Gulf Beaches, walking on County trails, alligator farm, Fairhope shopping & restaurants and Mobile. Quiet neighborhood - great stay! Thank you!

Excellent HideAway

We were lookin for a lil bit of a beach vacation with a whole lotta fishin. Although the charter fishing trip was cancelled(separate charter company), this well appointed waterfront property did not disappoint. The house and property were excellent. There were plenty fish caught from the pier. Check in and check out were a breeze. House rules were short and sweet. Will definitely return if available. We would like to thank Mr Paul for sharing this place with us.

Cute house!

We loved this house! The pier was awesome! Saw dolphins almost daily. The inside of the house was so cute. We spent a lot of time sitting on the back porch watching the ocean. We wished we had remembered our binoculars. Thank you so much for letting us borrow your house!

First time in Fairhope, and won't be the last!

This property played an integral part in blowing us away in our first visit to Fairhope. It was better than the pictures, and we were blessed with great weather while we were there. It has a quaint cottage feel but with plenty of space and beds. We stayed with 4 young kids and enjoyed every second. Lots of extras included to make the stay easy - cooking supplies, a couple beach chairs, towels, etc. The kids played nonstop at the sand, and we loved eating breakfast and drinking coffee from the porch while we watched them make childhood memories. We will certainly return!
