Having stayed at this property before, it was as excellent on the return. There are numerous amenities, a spot that has good access to all of the area, and a cozy spot to use as “base”.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! The condo was great and had everything we needed and more. It was in an excellent location. Just 10 minutes from main street. Great communication from owners. We will definitely stay there again. It was a very relaxing trip!

Wonderful Condo

The condo is very clean and comfy. Resort hot tubs and pool are amazing and close to the condo. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit is very handy and all laundry supplies are stocked as well. We would have preferred a little softer bed, but that is probably just our preference. Overall had a great time staying at this condo in Steamboat.

Lovely Renatl in Steamboat

The condo was clean, conformable and has everything you need to cook. Check in was very easy, and we appreciated being so close to the hot tubs. Would stay here again.

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. The location is a short walk to the gondola for easy mountain access. The bed and living room furniture was comfy and the kitchen well equipped including some condiments in the fridge and ice in the freezer. I did miss a dining table though.

Great spot at Steamboat!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location! The pool and hot tubs were very nice and close. Condo was very comfy and well supplied. Would recommend and stay again.

Great stay, quick access to main ski area

Had a great time skiing...enjoyed the property and convenience of being just a short walk from the wildhorse gondola to get to the main ski area. Would 100% stay here again!

We were super comfortable. Appreciate the spacious bathroom. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Communication was easy and quick. Kitchen is well stocked. We received two sets of check in instructions. The email had errors. The vrbo message was correct. The previous guests kept the parking pass. But we were told it would not be an issue and it wasn’t. Occasionally, we heard sounds from the upstairs neighbor and from the hallway ie door slam, conversation. We could not enjoy the balcony as much as we would’ve liked because mosquitoes were bad. No one to blame…A hair dryer and iron would be appreciated.

Steamboat Getaway

We very much liked this condo as was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and the bed was comfortable. The ability to use the amenities at the Trailhead Lodge was a huge bonus. The location really can’t be beat.

Great location & amenities!

The condo was wonderful. Exactly as advertised in the listing. It was perfect for our family of 3. We visited in the summer and found the amenities to be the best part of our stay. The pool and hot tubs were perfect and the grilling area was great! It was a short drive to downtown, the ski resort area and more. If we visit again, we will look at staying here again!

Great location for skiing!

We had a wonderful time for a long weekend skiing. The location is very convenient to the wild horse gondola and into the ski resort area. The place is very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again! Thanks

Fine stay

Great location, close to gondola, hot tubs and pool on property. “Beautifully renovated” doesn’t feel like an accurate representation, but it was fine for the price point.

Great place great location for akiers

Great place and location. One of the best properties yet we’ve stayed at in Steamboat. Condo is clean modern and well appointed with lots of space for drying out ski gear. Kitchen is well stocked. Walking to the Wildhorse gondola is super convenient. The hot tubs and pool at wildhorse athletic club are super nice.

Excellent property for a ski trip

The hosts provided us with all the info we needed for checkin and checkout in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. The property is lovely and suited our little family of four perfectly. The area in the entry for shoes/boots/jackets/etc/etc is really nice and keeps those things where they belong. The access to the nearby lodge and all of its amenities is great, and the gondola up to the base of the ski area is a game changer. Super convenient and saves a ton of time that is otherwise spent waiting for various shuttle buses to arrive. Steamboat has long been one of our favorite destinations for skiing, and we'll be back for sure.

Essential Property in a Great Location

This place served as “home base” for the Run Rabbit Run race throughout Steamboat. It was close to everything needed and great for being right at the base of the ski resort. I could see how this would be amazing during the ski season (there is a gondola just a short walk from the property that takes you to the entrance of the resort). My only “negative” comment would be the directions provided by the host for some of the amenities (and one of the food recommendations). To be clear, better instructions or directions regarding the pool/hot tubs would have been appreciated. However, once found it’s easy to get to with just a short walk. Secondly, the location of the garbage structure was not immediately clear. Lastly, the recommendation for one of the food spots (Carl’s Tavern) seemed to be out of date (it said they were permanently closed online). However, these were mostly minor inconveniences at worst and I would happily choose to stay at this property again in the future.

Comfortable with a great location

Last minute, I decided to take a short trip to Steamboat with my son before he went back to college. I chose this condo because it was very reasonably priced and appeared to be in a great location. I am always skeptical until I actually arrive and I can honestly say that this condo is just as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us with my son on the pullout couch and myself with the comfortable queen bedroom. We found the short walk to the Wildhorse Gondola very easy, even after getting over a foot of snow overnight. No waiting for shuttles! The first floor location right inside the building entrance was convenient and the reserved parking space worked out great. It is very easy to get downtown from this location as well. We got so much snow in the two days we were there and the maintenance crew was awesome. The walkways and parking lot were always clear. The owner Linsey was great to work with. Communication was easy and she was very responsive. Being close to the building entrance does mean you can hear foot traffic but it wasn't a bother and not a problem at all in the later evening hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicely Appointed Place!

This is a lovely renovated unit that is conveniently located for skiers. It is just a short walk to the Wildhorse Gondola, which takes you over to the main Steamboat Gondola - very nice! The unit itself was very clean and nicely appointed with all kinds of kitchen amenities, as well as storage and lots of hooks for hanging clothing and gear. It was very comfortable. The heating is electric baseboard, and there is not a central thermostat. So, you need to turn individual baseboards on in each room according to your needs. We didn't find this to be an issue. There is also an electric fireplace heater in the living room that heats things up quickly. We were toasty during our stay in frigid arctic temps! We did have a slight hiccup on receiving the access directions, but a phone call quickly solved the issue. The only negative about this place is that the walls are a bit thin, and we could hear footsteps and voices above us. However, this also wasn't a big issue, because everyone in the building observed quiet hours and were very considerate with noise levels. Overall, we would recommend staying here!
