Location is great but the home needs some maintenance. Broken microwave, downstairs a/c unit wasn’t cooling, downstairs tub wasn’t draining, missing TV remote for upstairs TV along with this TV continuously buffers making it pretty much unusable

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sea-esta. They were very responsive when we had questions at check-in. The only issue we came across (and it was minor) was the spottiness of the internet. But since we were spending most of our time on the beach or just hanging out, it didn't bother us. There was plenty of space on the beach to spread out, which we valued a lot. There was only one beach chair, so be sure to bring your on if having a chair is important to you. Overall, a great stay!

LOVE Sea Esta!!!

We absolutely loved this house! The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms are amazing, kitchen is gorgeous and the location is perfect! Anytime I had a question for the owner, she was super quick with her responses! We will be booking this house again!!

We will be back!

We had a great time. Owner communicated often keeping us up to date after hurricane came through. Worked hard to move sand and brought a new grill. Perfect vacation!

Great Stay!

We loved the house. Perfect for our family of 5. Bunks were awesome for the kids and there were two rooms for the baby and parents upstairs. "Right on the Beach" is right! Very convenient. We loved Sea Esta!

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful Home! It had everything we needed and more! Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony where we could relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean! We will definitely book again!!

Great family getaway

They have everything you need and if there is any issue there is a fast response and solution. It's quiet and away from the main crowds in Galveston. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Very impressed!

Can’t say enough about this property! Right on the water, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds for everyone. We were in heaven. The only thing I would change is the super gross water even through the filter. But a quick trip to town for bottled water fixed that. Will be back!

Best beach stay!

We stumbled across this gem after our original reservation at another property was cancelled last minute due to property issues. Boy was that a blessing in disguise as we absolutely loved this house! The location was perfect for those looking for somewhere a bit more remote and not as crowded. The house itself is updated, super clean and stocked with just about anything you could need. Communication was straightforward and easy, even with the last minute nature of our reservation. It literally took 30 seconds to reach the water from the house. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

We really enjoyed our time in this nice beachfront home. You can’t beat the location , the home is incredibly clean and up to date and it is probably the best stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! We all felt very at home and comfortable there. There‘s plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and time to themselves if wanted. I always spend so much time searching for the best home to rent for vacation. I’ll save you some time and just say this is the one.

This was our second time renting Sea-Esta. This house is lovely! It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Access to the beach could not be better. And despite the weather the week we were there, everyone had a great time. The kids enjoyed playing a new game every day. And the adults enjoyed great local seafood. Teresa was very thoughtful, responsive and easy to work with. Looking forward to coming back!

Clean property, Wi-Fi challenged

The house is exactly as pictured. If anything, the rooms are bigger than shown. The design choices are nice and all the furniture is very comfortable. The house was very clean and kitchen is well equipped. Wi-Fi is awful and there is no streaming service or cable. We had to go buy an hdmi cable to stream college football off a person’s laptop running off a hot spot. After we got there, we were told people normally bring their own streaming device. Mosquitos were also insane. This has to be a known fact judging from the spray and citronella candles under the sink. Come prepared - bring some type of outdoor fogger and deet spray. If you prefer to be chewed alive, bring Benadryl for the welts. A heads up on that would have been nice. We gave a three overall due to horrible Wi-Fi, lack of TV service and insane mosquitos.

Perfect Beach house

The house is very clean and well supplied with all you need for the beach. We enjoyed the wide open beach and just walk on access. The kitchen was well setup to cook and serve food. All appliances worked great. We especially loved the bunk room for the kids. They had a blast and also really slept well. There was enough room and each had their own space. The master bedroom and bath were perfect. Great view off the master balcony too. All the beds were very comfortable. Enough towels were provided and the washer and dryer worked well. AC was cool and no issues. We used the downstairs picnic table for quick lunch one day so they could get back to the beach with minimal stress. Shower works well. Very enjoyable stay. We will be back!!

Great Beach House!

This was a GREAT beach house. Honestly, the best VRBO rental we've rented in awhile. From the beginning the owner was very responsive to the TONS of questions I had. The house is beautiful, right on the beach, well maintained, AC worked great and had exactly what we were looking for for a family vacation. The owner read other reviews and when we drove up an outdoor shower was being installed. It was highly used over the course of our stay. I would totally recommend this beach house! The location was great, a little more remote and away from Surfside so it was nice to be on the beach but away from a lot of people. Again, totally recommend!

Good house, poor connectivity

Great location if you want to be away from it all, including cable and internet 🤣 House is nice and clean. It’s rare that there isn’t an outdoor shower. Owner was initially responsive to inquiries at first until asked about the cable. If you just need a spot to get away (and not be connected) this is a good house. If you NEED to be connected, I’d look somewhere else.
