Just minutes from white sand beaches-Vanderbilt beach and Bluebill beach access are both a 15-20 minute walk away. Located on 500 block of Naples Park, with easy access to Mercato are with fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Pool is heated and gets sunshine all day (south facing.) Huge Lanai with plenty of seating. This home is set up for comfort and enjoyment with family and friends. 6' stucco wall enclosing pool and back yard provides privacy while soft lighting creates relaxing ambiance in the evening and 4 bikes are provided with house!! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers are available for your use.

This home has kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms and large lanai next to pool.

Cook on the grill by the pool, then walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach. At night you can walk or take a short drive to Naples newest 'hot spot' The Mercato. Night life, shops, movie cinemas, restaurants, book store, Whole Foods, Traders Joes, Publix and Walmart within 1 mile.

This house is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Naples. The location makes it easy to get to golf, beach, tourist sites, shopping and dining. The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all that the Naples area has to offer.

Perfect location for dining, the beach and attractions. The pool and deck area were great! We used the bikes and access to the beach was easy. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Great stay!

We decided to stay at this location for the first time, but we’ve stayed at another house with Dan as the owner. The house was exactly as advertised. The house is stocked very well with towels, pots/pans, dish soap, hand soap, dishes, silverware, etc! The house was very clean! We used the pool every day as that was our main focus. Very relaxing backyard space with the lanai and pool area. Another awesome stay with Dan!

Well equipped and luxurious home a short distance from the beach. Lovely private pool and just about everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Naples Visit

Loved our week stay at this house! Everything was perfect including the fabulous pool!!! So easy and convenient to everything in Naples. Our bike rides in the morning and evenings to the beach and around the neighborhood are greatly missed!

Everything at your fingertips

All the things you expect at home and more. Lovely pool to take a dip. Close to Vanderbilt Beach, Marco Island and great restaurants. Also not far from the famous 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. Great shopping experience.

Sister’s trip

We had a wonderful time and we’re so happy with the entire house. It was furnished nicely with everything that we needed. We loved the open pool without a screen over it and it was close to shopping and the beach. We would love to stay there again.

We loved our family vacay and the pool and porch were our favorite places. Coffee on the lanai and lounging at the pool. The living room had great seating for 6. Washer /dryer very convenient in garage.

Great location

Our family stayed in this house and enjoyed the heated pool and location the most. It was approximately a 20-25 walk or 12 minute bike ride to the beach & Walmart was 1 mile.After spending the day at the heated pool, we walked & biked to the beach as a family to watch the sunset. It was the perfect way to end the day.The house had nice knives, pots & pans, and plenty of dishes. It must be somewhat of a new rental because it didn’t have many storage containers for leftovers. We were going to leave some behind but ended up not having any. We will definitely keep this property information and stay next time we go to Naples!

December in Naples

Always enjoy going to Naples,Fl in December. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but at one of Dan's homes. Neat, clean close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks again.

Excellent property

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this property because it's clean and the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and it's just blocks from the beach. The house has all the eating/cooking items needed and a big plus is beach chairs are provided. Having a nice pool and enclosed patio is also very nice. I appreciate the owner being very responsive to my emails when I wanted to know if there was any damage after hurricane came through. We will definitely rent again.

North Naples Home

Excellent experience. The house was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bathroom. We spent all of our time at the back of the house in the kitchen/lanai area overlooking the pool. Great exposure and ample room for dining and lounging. The house was located about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. There were also bikes that the hosts left for guests to use. Dan, our host, could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend renting this property.

Have enjoyed Naples Florida on each and every vacation. Can not say enough about this area and the people here. Our typical day includes walking or taking the bikes to the beach, lunch pool side, often biking to the supermarket for a prepared dinner and enjoying eating while the sunset sinks away on the beach. There is tennis, swimming, biking, golf, nightlife, tons of restaurants all within 5 minutes of the house. Let me know if there are any questions about the area.

There is so much to do in this area. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access are both a 15-20 minute walk or jump on the bikes with backpack beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with many activities for everyone. Boating, fishing, golf, tennis, shopping, great dining, beautiful sunsets, shows, movies, parks, zoo, and more.
