Beautiful fully renovated waterfront coastal house with 70' dock with recently added mooring whips in the exclusive Cove community. Perfectly situated between the Boca and Hillsboro ocean inlets, this deep water no fixed bridge home is perfect for the avid boater. Located six blocks from the world famous Deerfield Beach with parks, restaurants, boardwalk and international Pier. House features spacious back yard with a fully automated heated pool and spa controlled on a provided tablet in a relaxing atmosphere. Mix some drinks around the pool bar and enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Relax in the newly appointed coastal furniture with calming ocean accents. Once you step through the front door you will immediately feel the blissful, carefree feel of this Deerfield Beach Cove retreat.

For those boaters who are planning to rent a boat or bring their own boat, there are quiet a few boat rental agencies in the area and the Pioneer Park Public Boat Launch is 1.6 miles away. Needless to say you have full use of the dock during your stay.

In the reservation, please let me know if you are planning to bring any pets. Pets are allowed. $150 pet fee.

There is a four day minimum booking requirement. However, when a two or three day booking becomes available, pre approval will be required by the host before an instant booking will be accepted. No one day bookings allowed.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The host was friendly, easy to reach, and always willing to help. The neighborhood was great, with lots of restaurants and things to do close by. We also loved seeing all the fun Halloween decorations around.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and it did not disappoint! For a family with adult kids, the layout and extra den/living room works perfectly for us. The location is convenient to walk to lots of things and for exploring the area. The neighborhood is very beautiful and safe to walk or run. The water view and pool area are a must for vacation vibes in Florida. The hot tub is very easy to use and we enjoyed it most nights even in August!

Enjoyed our stay

We were in town for a family wedding and the property worked out perfectly. It is very quiet and peaceful. We were able to walk to dinners out, and to get groceries. The property was clean and we spent a lot of time in the pool. Mike was very easy to work with. We ended up changing our stay to come a day earlier, and he let us have a later check out because there wasn't new guests arriving on our departure day. And he was very understanding when we missplaced the key on our final day. Whoops! Overall I very much recommend this home.

Another Great Year At This Property

This was our 3rd year in this rental. We stayed a month and it was fabulous. House being a ranch with 3 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths makes this house spacious. My favorite part of the house is the backyard - beautiful pool and hot tub that gets full sun all day, comfortable furniture under a structure for shade and a view of the canal with boats. Restaurants and bars within walking distance at The Cove.

What a fun week! The house is amazing, the pool is amazing and you can walk to the beach! Very quiet area but plenty to do nearby. Mike is a great host! Favorite spot was the covered sitting area by the pool

Perfect Getaway

This was our second stay and it was just as terrific as the first. To being with, Mike is the consummate host. He is attentive and always available. He makes you feel as if you are staying at the house of a trusted friend. The house is pristinely maintained. The view of the intercoastal is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are great. And the location is close to everything you need. My wife and I went with your two kids in their twenties and we all had a wonderful time at MIke's perfect oasis.

Great experience

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. Everything is as pictured/described in the listing, and the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located for grocery, restaurant, and beach time. The house and grounds were very clean, organized, and well appointed. The pool and spa were fantastic, and the cabana was a great place to lounge whether day or night. All amenities we needed for a five night stay were readily available, even down to the small details you wouldn’t think of as needing in your trip planning (e.g rubber bands of all things). Those small details speak to the mindset and attentiveness of the host, whom made check-in and check-out a seamless process, and was very accommodating to any questions we had. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the area.

Let Go and Relax!

Great Property and beautifully located on the water! We had no problem finding the house, and it is within walking distance of the 'Cove' shopping plaza! We did this walk every morning for coffee, etc. Super Easy! Publix is right there too which was used to stock up for the week. The owner is friendly and easy to work with on questions and logistics. Very Clean property, the layout is larger than it looks from the outside, and as the Sun goes down over FL-grab a chair on the back deck, put some music on and let the conversation flow with the breeze coming off the ocean through the canals..... The pool was used daily along with tiki hut for occasional breaks from the FL sun. If you are a beach and water family, you can't go wrong. We used Deerfield Beach as a launch spot for excursions on Wave Runners, Boca/Delray Beach night life/Dinner, and the Beach! Deerfield's beach is very nice, and you can walk over the IntraCoastal on the way....Just beautiful! You might see boats coming and going. Cross your fingers, and you may get to see the draw bridge in operation with a Power Player yacht traveling the waters. You can actually Park at the Cove and walk across if desired. Price was fair and central location makes it a must stay. Would go again, and highly recommended for families.

Great all around

The host was very helpful. We had a great time. The house was awesome. Not one thing to complain about everything was perfect. I would recommend it. Anybody Family kids grown-ups the house works for everybody and very clean and all supplied and I think the host one more time

Amazing Location

This house and location is amazing. The backyard sits on a canal and the pool is beautiful. The yard space has plenty of seating and shaded space. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and yard space. Location is wonderful. 2 block walk to great restaurants and less than a mile to the beach. The host of this house was always available for any questions. Inside the house is perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Kitchen is stocked well also. We enjoyed this property and have already booked it for next year.

Great Property!

This is a great property! The house was clean, well maintained, and spacious. We spent a lot of time in the heat pool and spa. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is excellent. Restaurants were a short walk from the house and the beach was easy to get to.

Fantastic Property

The home and the host are both exceptional. The beautiful pictures are accurate, but the property is even better than it looks. The backyard is laid out perfectly. Whether you are in the pool or hot tub, lounging in the tiki hut, or even putting on the fun little green, you are right on the intercoastal and feel like you are in your own oasis. The house itself is comfortable, super clean, and has everything you need. And the location is incredibly convenient with the beach and shopping all close by. It makes for an easy, relaxing, fun vacation. And Mike, the host, is dedicated to make sure that's what you have. He is always responsive, and takes real pride in keeping his property in great shape. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made it feel like we were friends not just guests. We hope to return soon.

Great Location

We love this area and seek it out when we visit. Location is excellent. We walked to the beach and all the shops. Mike was terrific and responded quickly to any questions. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The backyard is picture perfect and better then photos! It was our second living room. The heated pool and spa in December a real Christmas treat for us mid-westerners. We were there for 10 days. The only issues we had were some kitchen and bathroom basics. Most were resolved upon request. I would also consider a ceiling fan in King size bedroom. It felt stuffy and windows didn’t open. Other rooms have a ceiling fan. Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful property. We will surely rent again.

Beautiful home

Great location. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Good layout. Clean. Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Though we had no issues, the owner kept in contact to make sure everything was going good. Definitely would book again.

Home away from Home

I had the pleasure of staying at a stunning waterfront house recently, and it was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene beauty. The house itself was seamlessly blending modern luxury with an old Florida that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. The host was simply incredible, 5 star service. One of the highlights of my stay was the dock and pool. It quickly became my favorite spot to relax, sip my morning coffee, and watch the world go by. The sound of the gentle waves lapping against the boats was incredibly soothing. The interior of the house was equally impressive. The spacious living area with its cozy fireplace was perfect for evenings spent with friends and family. The kitchen was a chef’s delight, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a breathtaking view of the water. Throughout the daytime, I made the most of the convenient water access, with the option for boating right at my doorstep. For those without their own boat, a well-established boat rental agency was just a short walk away. As for the evenings, they were dedicated to delightful barbecues on the deck and leisurely enjoyment of the pool. The entire experience was a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. It felt like a paradise where time slowed down, and I was able to disconnect from the outside world.

College drop off and mini vacation

Place was perfect. The house was very clean. We had everything we needed within the home, making our stay very easy and relaxing. We were down here to move our son in to FAU. I told my husband if we come down to visit him over his time at school I would love to be able to stay here again. My 12 year old was able to keep himself entertained with swim,fishing and golf when we weren't at the beach. The house is in an easy location to beach, stores and restaurants. We were able to enjoy an incredibly relaxing stay on the canal. I would also like to say the host was very easy to communicate with when we had questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great summer vacation!

We vacationed for a week here with our 20 year old son who loves to fish the Boca Raton area. I loved having such a great neighborhood to walk in and being able to walk to restaurants and the beach while my husband and son went fishing. He also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house was very comfortable with a layout that was nice for 3 adults to have separate spaces. We loved the pool and spa- very easy to operate and just the sound of the little waterfall off the spa was very relaxing when enjoying the yard. The tiki hut was awesome! A summer storm popped up daily but we were able to stay outside talking/reading and stay dry under it. The furnishings were all really comfortable and having so much closet space was a plus. The basket of pool towels was a great touch as well! The area is very walkable with several nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed snorkeling at Red Reef park and South Inlet park. JB's on the beach was great for dinner and Oceans 234 had a great bar for drinks- and great to be able to walk home! Thanks so much for a great property!

Great Getaway

Mom Dad, 2 soon to be College Juniors and 2 Freshman all had a great time here. The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool, fishing from the dock and challenging each other on the putting green. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We brought bicycles that allowed us to leave the cars parked all week. Very close to restaurants and stores. We could ride the mile to the beach in 5 to 10 minutes avoiding parking fees and hassle. Walking to the beach would not be hard either. No complaints at all. Recommend for a relaxing stay with a location that lets you be very busy if desired.

It is always amazing to me the beauty and wonder of South Florida from the national parks to the night life and beaches. My family and I have visited almost all the National Parks from the Dry Tortugas off the Florida Keys to Big Cypress and the Everglades. There is so much to see. I highly encourage you to set aside some time to visit these wonderful places and learn about the history of South Florida.

Located within walking distance to the pristine beach (five blocks) and many restaurants and shopping , the location makes it easy to go out and sight see. If you are looking for a little less activity, the house and back yard with the heated pool and spa will allow for some relaxing down time. Once you step through the front door you will immediately feel the blissful, carefree feel of this Deerfield Beach Cove retreat.

Located between West Palm beach and Fort Lauderdale airport, you are able to pick either direction and visit. There is truly a lot to do and see in the area. I would encourage you to pre plan your trip and visits.

The house has just finished a total renovation as of Oct 10th, 2021. The fully automated Pool and Spa will be controlled by a tablet that will be left in the house with instructions. I have also provided you with everything that I think that you would need on a vacation to make your vacation experience a wonderful one.
