Property was as described. Perfect location for what my group and myself wanted to do. There were 8 of us and we stayed here comfortably.

From beginning to end, the host was friendly, responsive, and communicative. The rental is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spacious, clean, and very “homey.” Although the rental is fully stocked with pool/beach and kitchen essentials, it is also conveniently located near restaurants and stores. The beach is within walking distance, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect for our beach getaway!

Held our group of 11 for 3 nights! The pool was great, it’s close to the beach, and coordinating with Leo and Sebastian was super easy! Would definitely come back!

Fantastic house!

Perfect house for our girls trip! Walkable to beach and restaurants. Large rooms and perfect backyard pool. Would highly recommend for anyone going on a trip with a big group!

Great stay, amazing location

A group of 6 of us stayed for a few days and loved our time here. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent time by the pool every day. The location is amazing and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There are some minor cosmetic things that could be improved around the house, but nothing that impacted our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely amazing

I can’t rave more about the place and the overall experience I had with this property. Leo went above and beyond to help us book his property. The place was very clean. I will definitely be staying with him again when visiting Fort Lauderdale!

Great experience

Leo responded very quick to all my questions before and during our stay. He was a great host! The location was super close and walkAble to the beach and not far from airport either.

Family Thanksgiving

The property was wonderful! We all had an Amazing time and got just what we paid for family time! Leo went out of his way on a busy week to accommodate us to the fullest! I would highly recommend this property!

Quick Getaway

Everything about the house was wonderful except that two of the bedrooms would not cool down and were very warm to try and sleep in.

Amazing experience at Dolphin Isles

We visited Fort Lauderdale for a girls weekend and were so impressed with Dolphin Isles! Sebastian greeted us at the house and showed us around - he even provided recommendations which was so nice! It was the perfect place for our group to stay - well decorated, very clean, safe, and the pool/ backyard was the perfect place to hang out. It was a wonderful home base for our visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great property

My friends and I get together once a year in different cities and we all agreed this was our favorite house so far. The house was very clean, including the pool and hot tub, which we really appreciated. Beds and couches were comfortable. Close to the beach. Everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

This home was great for our family to get together. We had 5 adults and 3 kids, the size of the home was perfect. Leo and his staff checked on our needs and showed us around the home on the day of our arrival. The neighborhood was residential and I felt completely safe to let the kids play out front. I have rented many homes across a variety of states and this home is on the top of the list.

Great memories for our family!

We loved this home , great location and everything was clean and comfortable for our family!! We enjoyed our own private pool and hot tub each night we were there. Mr. Leo was awesome very nice and responsive when we needed anything. The boardwalk was just a 10 minute drive away but walking distance from the ocean. Our family will remember this time at the house and in Florida forever, our family will stay again here, thank you so much Mr Leo Morales:)

Generally Good Stay

Myself and 6 friends stayed here in early July. The location was great, right near the beach! and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The major issue we had was with the AC in the master bedroom toward the front of the house - the window unit sounded horrible when turned on and was definitely going to be a hazard if we had left it on. Unfortunately, for the entire stay that was unusable and that room did not receive AC from the central system (we checked the vent and nothing came out no matter what) so there was just one small ceiling fan keeping it bearable. It wouldn't have been an issue had it not been July in Miami! One other very small issue was that for a 4 day weekend of what was planned for 9 guests (ended up being 7), there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to buy more while there. The hosts were communicative and the check in process was easy. Overall, the stay was fair and as long as you don't mind it being hot in the rooms during summer, it was a nice house.

Hello Colleen, thank you so so very much for choosing our place 😎 Its been great having you however, regarding your unhealthy almost 5 months later review - you forgot to say that… 1) We greeted you in person to show you around the home and that we pointed out that we greet you with all essentials upon arrival as courtesy for choosing our place and that if you run out of what we give you we leave it to your discretion to see if you need to purchase more of or not. Unfortunately we are not a hotel, we are a Vacation Rental Home therefore we don’t restock. Also, there were 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and we showed you 1 is out the other under the bathroom sink cabinet as well as Shampoo, Body wash, Conditioner. 2) AC in front room is inoperable and we even had the electrical cable tie-wrapped so it doesn't get used and u cut those straps to use it EVEN THOUGH we asked you NOT TO. Central AC System is great, strong and cold and have NEVER had an issue. If it had not been that you kept doors open when we asked you not to home would have been cool and not warm and humid. Finally, i invite you to send any company over to test our AC and if it fails the test ill pay!!! its great to see how you want to try and be interesting when writing a review making it seem like a bad thing trying to discredit our efforts yet fail to point out all the good things and what you were told u cannot do… very unreasonable right… why didnt you point this out while you were at my home? When we followed up you said all was great… unreal… We even accommodated your stay an extra day at a discounted rate and you never mentioned a thing about anything asides “All is great, thank you for checking on us”
