Beautifully appointed property with all the amenities you need. We had a group of 8 and we all had enough space to be comfortable while still maintaining privacy when wanted. The deck and pool area are perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing with stunning views.

The house was nice as expected- bedroom upstairs not what was seen in other propertiesseemed to be an add on bedroom and since we get up early we stayed in that one - Downstairs bedrooms well appointed , clean and better than expected .

The views are incredible and the outside was perfect for us hanging out for sunsets and morning breakfast. All around everyone in our group raved about how this place served our needs fantastic. Highly recommend and would go back!

5-star experience! Beautiful place & the view was breathtaking! The entire outdoor setting with lounge chairs for all to stargaze for hours as we all caught up with each other was my favorite! An incredible host welcomed us with fresh flowers, and a delicious charcuterie plate from a local business was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for a memorable stay in St. John’s!

Views were incredible. We had a group of 4 couples. The home had a few issues but Jackie resolved them quickly. She was responsive to messages. The beaches are incredible as well. We swam and snorkeled. Went out to eat most nights and had fun popping into the shops and the small casino. Overall an excellent stay.

We had a great time at Blue Agave, plenty of space and we LOVED the outdoor living. Coffee in the morning by the pool and coming home after the beach all day the outdoor pool and living area was exactly what needed. Jackie was great! Always sad when we leave St John but we will be back. It is a special island! Blue Agave didn't disappoint!!!

Fabulous all the way around. We especially enjoyed all the outdoor space and the POOL.

The house is in a nice neighborhood and very close to the Westin. There was enough space to park two cars. Three of the four bedrooms had beautiful views. The fourth bedroom was more functional in nature. There are a lot of steps and three of the bedrooms are down a set of stairs, so only rent if your mobile and can go up and downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of chairs and places to hang out outside on the patio. The house provided plenty of towels and beach towels.Property manager was easy to reach and attentive. Our group had a very nice time.

Absolutely beautiful home! Very clean upon arrival. Rooms were spacious and bedding was comfortable. Location was perfect!! Very easy to get to all beaches as well as Cruz Bay. We really enjoyed and will definitely revisit!

Blue Agave was perfect, offering spectacular sunset and picturesque water views.  The house has a generator which starts automatically for uninterrupted power which was needed several times during our stay.  Bedrooms offered privacy while the patio and deck area provided great space for eating meals and playing games.  Kitchen and grill were highly functional as several meals were prepared at the villa. Owners were very responsive to questions.  Recomend bringing your bluetooth speaker for music at the pool. Would highly recommend Blue Agave and would happily return.

Family/Friends Vacay

We traveled with 2 families - 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 tweens. The house fit us perfectly and the location could not have been better. Pictures don't do the views justice.
