First of all, the house is beautiful. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large bathroom, walk-in closet, and door to the backyard. The bunk bed room is right across the hall from the master and has a futon, which was great because we were able to have all of our kids (ages 4, 7 and 9) in the same room. The two additional bedrooms were smaller, but worked well for our extended family who joined us (two adults and 17 yo). The kitchen is beautiful and had all the equipment we needed. We might suggest adding a larger a waffle iron :) The coffee bar and s’mores station were greatly appreciated and highly utilized. We also really loved the game area! This house definitely has the best private beach on the street! Super easy access and a wide, sandy beach with shallow waters that was great for our kids. They’re not lying about glass on the beach. The adults would try to pick up the big pieces each day, but water shoes are good to have. For most of the week, there were pretty decent waves for being on the Bay, which made it hard for our young kids to use the single kayaks. But on the afternoon of our last day, the water was so calm that all of our kids tried out the single kayaks on their own! The shed is well-stocked with chairs, life vests, umbrellas, sand toys and even a wagon to tote it all down to the sand!
