The villa was perfectly located to access and explore El Yunque and other areas around the northeast side of the island. The views were amazing, and the villa was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach- chairs, coolers, boogie boards, a skim board, soccer balls and footballs, etc. Our “kids” range in age from 12-22, and everyone had a blast. Jesus and Gabriel were quick to respond when we had a small issue with the washing machine, and Michelle was a great communicator, as well. We fell in love with Puerto Rico, and look forward to returning to explore more of the island!

We had a wonderful time, the condo is an ideal location for visiting the East side of the island including El Yunke.It has a great view of the beach and the pools are lovely. Some good restaurants a short distance from the entrance were handy too!! Looking forward to another visit sometime!

Beautiful place, great view of the ocean with 2 private pools for Ocean Villa guests right in front of you. Michelle was great, very responsive. Place was clean, ACs in both rooms and common area. Really enjoyed the stay. Only thing for people to be aware of is the ocean was very rough and it was very windy most of the days we were there. That may just be function of the week (ie bad luck) but took away a little from the overall experience.

Our entire stay in Rio Mar was amazing! The oceanfront condo was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Michelle was quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!!

The villa is lovely and well equipped with beach chairs, sand toys, plenty of towels and extra sunscreen and lotions. The view is spectacular. Check in and Check out were seamless and the host was great with communications. We miss is already and can't wait to go back.

This was such a fantastic place to stay. We wanted the convenience of a house with a kitchen and laundry but I wanted it to feel like a resort and this was exactly the right place. Michelle was fantastic and made some great recommendations for things to do. The condo is right on the beach and the pools were clean and not crowded. The jacuzzi wasn’t very hot but it was warm and the weather was so warm it didn’t matter. The beach was lovely and also not crowded. There were turtle nests on the sand. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Having a kitchen was fantastic and we had everything to cook many of our meals. The resort was a 5 minute walk down the beach and we enjoyed some of their restaurants for a couple of meals. The resort also had a gym which was nice. The 11:00 am iguana feeding was fun. I also bought a 60 resort pass one day for my kids to enjoy all of their water slides and ping pong tables and hot tub. Overall it was just so much fun. Thank you Michelle!!

The best location couple hundred yards from the water! The most equipped and had the most amenities out of any VRBO I've ever stayed at. They had everything we needed for a Beach vacation, plus more. Excellent Host!

Beautiful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long vacation. The location is beautiful and just as described. We were steps from the pool and the ocean and it was relaxing and magical. My family said it was our best vacation ever! There is a lot to do close by and not a bad drive to San Juan which we visited several times during our stay. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Apartment was in good condition and with good amenities like cable tv in every room, well stock kitchen accessories, and at a great location.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay in Rio Mar. TheCondo was clean and spacious for our family. The pools and beach area were lovely. I loved sitting on the balcony taking in the beautiful view. I would highly recommend this place and would return myself in the future.

The stay itself was perfect. Michelle was very quick with responses and helpful with information in the area. The building could use some sprucing to look nicer. But pool area was very nice. Overall pefect place to stay and sleep mostly.
