Wonderful property! Pool is right out front. Easy beach access just on other side of pool. Very well appointed. Host is extremely attentive and responsive. Could not ask for anything else. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again.

Excellent and accessible location. Great condo with all amenities. Both host and on-site manager were easy to contact and responsive. Can't think of a better stay.

On the headline for this listing it says Location Location Location, well that is not hyperbole, Sandra, the owner, is not kidding with that headline, she might actually be understating it, you couldn't get a better location. Lets just start with the view, the view is to die for with the pools palm trees and ocean from your balcony. Next is the cleanliness, immaculate in every way. Right outside you have two pools and a short walk to the ocean. A hop skip and jump away is The Rio Mar Wyndham Grand Rainforest, Beach and Golf Resort, with its fantastic restaurants and beautiful pools and Casino. Sandra was an absolute superb host who answered every question that I had before our trip started and helped us with directions when we arrived. I highly recommend this unit for a beautiful vacation.

Another amazing stay at Ocean Villas! You can’t beat the view, proximity to rainforest and eating venues, and resort feel. This unit had everything we needed, and Sandra was very communicative. We had no issues with water or electricity—a huge bonus on the island! We hope to be back.

This was our first trip to PR and Sandra made it so easy! The location of this villa is amazing. The views were amazing! Out one door is the beach and pool. Out the other door is the rainforest. It was beautiful. It is a much quieter location than next door (short walk) at the Wyndham Resort, but you can walk down and enjoy the resort if you want to. We ate at the tiki bar once, the nice restaurant once, and hit the coffee/breakfast/ice cream place probably three times. We loved being able to return to our quiet villa. Our pools were never busy and the beach was never crowded. Parking directly below the villa was very convenient! We LOVED our trip and we will be back. Thanks Sandra for everything!Also some excursions we did: El Yunque Rain Forest tour (it was awesome)Old San Juan tour (it was good)Snorkeling off Vieques Island (so much fun)Luquillo Beach Kiosks and snorkeling/beach fun (great time)

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this villa. The accommodation was clean and exactly as advertised. The in-unit washer/dryer was very useful and makes packing much easier. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable, there was even some aloe and sunscreen provided. The pools and beach were not busy, there were only a few other families using them at any given time. We did walk down to the larger Windham resort for dinner and it was much busier there. We were very happy to have the private and quiet villa space to return to. The waves at the beach were rough, but still swim-able for our 10 and 11-year olds (they are strong swimmers and comfortable by the ocean). Sandra was communicative and the check in process was smooth. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us!

Our whole process was super easy. Sandra was in contact often and very easy to work with. We were 4 adults and the space worked great for us. Well equipped kitchen, loads of beach towels, etc.

The villa was in a perfect location on the ocean. It was well equipped, spotless and convenient to hotel activities and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful and considerate. She and the building manager were totally accessible.

A Perfect Beach Getaway!This place has absolutely everything you could ever want! From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings and peaceful surroundings, it was perfect in every way. It will always be my go-to when the family is looking for a quiet beach respite. We can't wait to come back!

The location is outstanding. The unit is fabulous. Stocked with everything that you will need for an outstanding vacation. The host is very helpful, responds in a very timely manner and goes beyond other hosts. You have a covered parking spot, which is great, if it happens to rain. I would give this unit and host, 6 stars if I could.

10/10! Highly recommend this vacation rental!This was our first trip to Puerto Rico - but I know it won't be our last! And Sandra's property was the perfect location for all the things we wanted to explore: Kiosks, El Yunque (don't miss the natural rock slide Las Playas!), Snorkeling and the bioluminece bay excursion! This property was perfect! You can hear the waves from the balcony and there is an amazing few of the ocean and the pool. We stayed with our three kids - 8, 10 and 19 and there was something for everyone! The beds were super comfortable, the living room has more than enough seating and the kitchen is outfitted for any meal you want to put together. We made lots of pina coladas :-) She even has sand toys and beach chairs available.Our travel plans had to pivot and we arrived later than expected- not a problem! The arrival process is easy and Sandra was super helpful and responsive. Say hi to the beach for me!

The property and location was beautiful. I only downgraded the check in because it was very difficult to find the property the first time. The uber driver left us off a block away and we had to walk around to find it. More signage would have helped this. The accommodations were great and the pool and beach were almost exclusively available to us at this time of year. The security provided by the Windham properties was very comforting. Very pleased overall.

Fabulous stay!

The property is clean and comfortable, and the grounds are gorgeous. Sandra and her local property manager were very responsive and informative. The new resort-style hot tub on the grounds is first-class!
