Wonderful space big enough for our group of 7. The outdoor space is amazing, beds were cozy and we were in a great location.

Outstanding home away from home

This home has it all. A great location with plenty to do. The pool and hot tub and yard are great for the kids and adults. Just minutes from shopping and the University. Will definitely stay again!

Great property. Very clean; even the outdoor seating was wiped down. The backyard was wonderful for family hangout. Pool has some shallower areas for younger kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too with a grocery store right outside the neighborhood and less than 10 min drive to Downtown Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall property was great! We had a great time. Outdoor tv with the seating table was very enjoyable! Also the mini fridge outside was great and saved us time running in and out for drinks! Only negative was how dirty the floor was. Being that was our only issue, I would say we were doing alright! Typical rental type property where you can see some wear and tear around the property. Would have no reservations staying here again. Excellent communication from our property manager Brandon leading up to our stay.

Mid-November Week Away

The layout of the house is great. We had 4 adults for a week with room for our own space plus great gathering areas. The backyard was the best part. Pool with floaties, hut tub, bbq, outdoor table with tv, outdoor games and lights throughout the back yard for the evenings. The area is quiet which was great for us.

We came to enjoy Arizona’s sunshine for Thanksgiving f

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and any questions we had were answered immediately. Close to everything, we didn’t even need a car. The pool and hot tub was so great. And all the yard, and board games made it great for adult family time! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

If you've got a short trip to the Phoenix area this is the place to stay!! It's hot out so the pool was a good addition to our stay.

Great property!

Had a great stay! Really good location, close to airport & Old Town. Comfy beds, good AC. Used the pool a ton and the outdoor tv was such a cool bonus! Brian (property mgr) was great, responded right away to any questions or requests. We'll be back!

Great vacation home

Home is well laid out. Great backyard and private pool. Nice webber bbq for grilling and lots of sun or shade in the back.

Perfect Getaway

The location was nice and close to all the Scottsdale restaurants and nightlife. The house was also nice and clean with awesome technology (ie - fridge with Bluetooth function to I connect for music). Equipped with all the necessities and more. Loved the pool plus yard furniture, it came in very handy for lunch in the afternoon. The pool had some debris , but was able to easily clean the pool . Overall had a good time.

Great place and very convenient to both Scottsdale and Tempe.

We stayed here to go to Spring Training but that was canceled. The owner was nice enough to allow us to shorten our stay at no additional cost or penalty. The home was exactly as presented on VBRO. Safe and quiet neighborhood. $10 ubers just about anywhere you want to go but there was plenty of room for a rental car - we just did not need one. Nice linens. Would stay here again.

Amazing getaway

We had such a great time. The location is so convenient. The house was extremely clean. The whole process was smooth and had great communication. Definitely will come back!
