Hidden Shamrock is just steps to the beach. Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath plus an extra tv room with a pull out couch and pocket doors for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Large dining area can seat the whole family. Hidden Shamrock is the perfect beach vacation home for the whole family and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with gorgeous ocean views. Sleeps 8 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2T). 3 full baths, 1 half bath. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. Pet Friendly. Saturday/Saturday. 3:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure.

The house was perfect for us. It was just about middle island so it was close to everything. The house was very clean and updated. We will definitely be returning.

Pros: Close proximity to beach access - walking distance; lots of outdoor seating areas on main level and upstairs; beautiful views from upper balconies; two golf carts; nicer bathrooms and outdoor shower. Cons: The furniture was very dirty; there was dust and dirt on the floors; host provided the bare minimum of provisions - 1 roll of paper towels, 1 extra roll of TP for bathrooms; 2 dishwasher pods; 2 towels/washcloth per bathroom and no extra kitchen trash bags for an entire 6 day stay with five people; front door wouldn’t close all the way without being locked which allowed critters to get in and there were so many critters. Under the house is very scary with old broken things and the bugs gravitated to the trash bins under there making disposal a nightmare; the beach amenities were very old. If you’re looking for somewhere with close access to South Beach this second row home will work but it needs love and hospitality for me to consider referring or staying again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: perfect for multiple families and kids. walk to the beach, close to ferry, club, grocery, etc. great views from upstairs and street side porch. dunes are very pretty from downstairs.

Do not rent this house. The exterior is in really bad shape and there are some personal safety issues lurking. When we arrived at the property, we found:1. Stairs from ground floor to deck were nearly impassible because they were literally covered in vines. It looked like nobody had been there for months. 2. Two of the three hinges for the door from kitchen onto deck were almost completely rusted out and were barely hanging on. The property maintenance rep for Intracoastal agreed that we should block the door with a chair so that it could not be used and possibly fall on someone.3. The flashing beneath the same door was rusted out, with only jagged pieces left - just perfect for slicing open your toes. 4. All of the deck furniture was covered with mildew - we had to cover the chairs with towels to sit on them and nobody wanted to eat at the deck table. 5. The deck had lots of rotten boards, curled boards, and rusted screws and nails.6. Broken furniture was in a pile beneath the house. 7. The area around the hose used to rinse sand from your feet was littered with old screws and material with screws protruding.8. One of the soffitt boards under the upper roof overhang was falling off.9. Overgrown bushes blocked the boardwalk from the garage to the rear stairs.List goes on, but am running out of characters for this review. Some pics attached.

House was clean. All amenities are provided for cooking. Linens were provided, plentiful and clean.House was pet friendly as we still housed our pet in its traveling kennel.Convenient to the beach, golf carts are provided for distance traveling around the island.We enjoyed our stay and will stay again at this property if available.
