This property was absolutely amazing! Beautifully furnished! Lots of seating! Comfortable beds and a walk just across the street to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

It is an utterly perfect location and home. Host is very nice and communicates quickly. My family will return again. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing house and vacation. The host was great. Very accommodating and answered question in a quick manner. I would definitely recommend this property and I would book this property again.

This house and property were amazing. There was no need to ask for anything. This was the most well equipped rental home I’ve ever stayed in! Communication with the owners was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much!! We also liked the resort restaurants and large pool and slides. The golf carts were a nice addition to the property and made it easy to check out the island. We want to return next year!!! Perfect spot!!!

Excellent place to stay on BHI. Having three golf carts was really nice. It was so convenient to walk right over to the beach. Beautiful deck space to really enjoy being outside. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous house with well appointed kitchen. Loved the ping pong table and other big kids games. Very comfortable beds and beautifully positioned across from the beach. We even had a deer in the backyard one morning! Host Kathy was very responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back.

This home was probably my family’s favorite rental thus far since we’ve been visiting BHI the past 3 decades. The one level layout was perfect for my elderly parents and the young adult family members really enjoyed the provided outdoor activities below the house with basketball,corn hole, and ping pong. Outdoor decking area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Plenty of room inside with lots of privacy. We will definitely come back to this wonderful home again.

This house was perfect for our family long weekend. Great layout, great location. Very well stocked kitchen and linens. All 3 golf carts were in great shape, as were the bikes. Wonderful owners, easy to communicate with. 5 stars all the way around.

The house was excellent with awesome views, and is about 100 feet to the easy beach access. Our stay was beyond remarkable!! We enjoyed everything about the house. It's obvious the owners have put major efforts into their home to make our stay comfortable. Did I mention a fully stocked bar, a screened in porch, a nice dinning table and a great sunset view? We'll be back!

Spacious shared spaces and decks allaround the house. We appreciated the dishes and cookware, linens, toys, games, and beach paraphernalia . The house is comfortable, laid back, sunny. Three golf carts very handy. Responsive host. Beach access exceptionally good, though the dune blocks views of the water.

Such a great house for a family vacation! Surprisingly the most fun was exploring on the bikes! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Great beach access and close to all the things we wanted to do. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this home! Our kids had a blast and it was very kid-friendly. The beach access was perfect and we enjoyed our mornings at the beach. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We will for sure be coming back to this home. The hosts were wonderful.

Great house and location!

We loved our stay at Turtle Territory! Perfect location for accessing the beach, close to the market and Club. Plenty of space and amenities for two families. We would definitely stay here again.
