The property is so unique And beautiful.Just as the pictures show. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean, clean clean. Would definitely book again when we're in the area. It was a perfect over night getaway. Had an issue using the safe, called the number, the gentleman walked us through some steps to reset , made sure we had it set before hanging up. Also had the pleasure of chatting with the gal who cleans when we were leaving. She was so pleasant, shared a few recommendations for a breakfast spot. Thank you for a great nights stay.

It was a great stay and right in the middle of downtown. The place was clean, easy to get in and out of and comfortable. You do have to get your own parking so that is a little expensive to add on. The room was really comfortable and the shades blocked out the sun. Staff came each day so if you needed something and were there they were super helpful :) I am a light sleeper and some of the pipes in the building were a little loud throughout the night and there was no where to dispose of larger garbage (food boxes for instance). But if you want to be downtown and feel safe and comfortable this is a great choice!

Nice cozy place and great location!

Other then the air conditioner not working the place was a great getaway. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. I would recommend adding a microwave and more garbage cans.

Just a small snafu with original keypad code, but I dialed the service number listed on the building and it was immediately resolved.

Symphony Weekend

Check in was perfect. Went to show, had food downtown after, got back to property and. Ohldnt get in with original pass code. Had to call at 11pm at night for an explanation. Code had changed, first time I heard of the change was 11pm, and we were waiti g in cold for several minutes. Also, shower in Create suite got really cold 2 minutes into shower. Turned off shower waited a couple minutes, and then water got hot. Then water stayed hot for 10 minute shower. It was like water heater wasnt ready for shower. May want to confirm water heater works properly.
