Grand Rapids has so much to offer and we would love for you to be our guest in this beautiful 1640 sq ft 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home! Located perfectly on the westside where it's quiet enough for a walk to the park, close to the zoo or a short drive to the market and popular restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with main floor bedroom daybed/ trundle and upstairs host 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twins. Love to host you and your loved ones the next time Grand Rapids is calling your name!
The space
The kitchen is fully stocked. Front porch has seating for the morning coffee or a good book.
Equipped with Wifi and 1 large TV on main floor.
Bedrooms are decorated for the feeling of home with comfortable beds and
Bathrooms have luxurious towels and bath products available for your use, as well as hair dryers. Iron and board if need be.
Cleaning supplies on site for your use but it does get professionally cleaned before and after your stay. Looking for forward to your stay with us!
Guest access
Parking in driveway for up to 4 cars. Back of garage space for 2 and plenty of street parking.

The house was in a great location, there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed our time here. We really enjoyed the extras that were available for us to use. Games, sidewalk chalk, and snacks! We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home in Grand Rapids for a girls weekend. 4 comfortable bedrooms and two spacious full baths. Every amenity provided and excellent communication with our host before and during our trip. Easy navigating the city from home base and we took trips to Grand Haven, Saugatuck and Holland. The Fulton Market on Saturday is a must experience and we also attend an Art & Crafts festival by the river which was fun.

This house was a great place for our family vacation with 3 kids and 4 adults. So many nice accommodations like coffee bar, desktop fans in every bedroom, and kids’ sidewalk chalk. Very clean. The location seemed to be close to every place we wanted to go - zoo, children’s museum and sculpture garden. Thank you for the hospitality!

Prior to our stay I had a few questions and Tracy answered them promptly. The home was very clean and the pictures are accurate. We were a group of 6 ladies that take a trip every August, by far this was the cleanest home. The amenities in the home were outstanding, Tracy has thought of everything you could need. If you’re looking to spend some time in the Grand Rapids I highly recommend staying at this home. I normally do not leave reviews, but this home deserves 10 stars.

Tracey's place was perfect for a quick girls getaway! It was very clean and has great outdoor spaces. It is centrally located to downtown. Tracey was very responsive to any issues we had. We would stay here again!

We booked this house for it's location to downtown as we were visiting the Acrisure Amphitheatre.You can tell the host put a lot of thought into furnishing the home with all the essentials and more!It was perfect for our group of four, having our own bedrooms, places to keep all our things and not feeling like we are on top of each other. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy to reserve, check in/out, listing matched reality. Definitely would stay here again!

We visited Grand Rapids for a girls trip to the Frederik Meijer Gardens. The location of this property was very convenient to everything. The house is large and clean. There were six beds (one was a trundle) which accommodated us well. Ample parking at the house and nice outdoor space. I would stay here again.

We had a terrific stay for GVSU graduation weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to downtown. House had plenty of amenities and was clean. Bedrooms had nice touches. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property! It is close to Grand Rapids attractions. This area is not in close proximity for walking to attractions, you must have a car. FYI! Great parking and area outside if you want to sit outside in the back there is a fire pit. You will need to get your own wood. The kitchen is spacious and there is a nice dining table for sitting. It has one first floor bedroom if someone cannot use stairs. We enjoyed our stay with our group of seven!

I rented this house for me and my adult children to attend a wedding at the John Ball Zoo. Location could not have been better (3 minutes away). The home is beautifully remodeled, very clean and perfectly well equipped. We cooked in one night and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We would definitely select this home again. Thank you to our host!

The house was ideally located (a mile walk from downtown) and was a great layout/design for a family stay (or as in our case, a group of colleagues in town for a conference). Definitely would stay again!
