Your whole group will enjoy convenient access to so many parts of Chattanooga from this centrally located home in North Chattanooga! Walking distance to Coolidge Park, Northshore amenities, and Publix grocery store…walking back is up hill, but after a great meal, it is necessary!

Just a short drive across the bridge (or a great walk for enthusiasts) to downtown and all it offers…aquariums, art museum, restaurants, ball park, trail of tears memorial, sculpture gardens, hiking and biking trails!!

Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or the back deck! Kitchen is fully stocked for stay at home cooking . Newly furnished with ultra comfy beds, silky linens, and fluffy pillows. Leave your supplies at home…we offer towels, shampoos, body wash, soaps, toilet tissue, Kleenex, make up removers, coffee, creamers, and sugars!

While we do love dogs, we ask that they not be allowed on the furniture or beds! If they are bed sleepers, please bring an extra blanket or sheet for them to rumble in!! All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking; $25 pet fee applies.

We have the house sprayed quarterly for the famous chattanooga bugs! We are near the river and the woods and all houses in N Chatt will have the occasional visitors. Be assured, we do our best to have your stay be free of pests!!

Quaint home with everything you need

We had two “kids” and two adults as well as our pup. We were very comfortable during our stay and really loved the home. I am kind of a clean freak and would’ve liked the bathroom to be cleaned a little more in places like under the sink and the grout, but that is truly my only complaint which isn’t even a complaint, I’m probably just extra sensitive to the dust! I liked the location as it was nearby everything and easy to find. Do beware it’s really only a one car parking spot especially if you have a bigger car. Otherwise you will have to park in front of the home, on the road. We come to Chatt often to visit our sister who is in college and would definitely stay here again. (:

Chattanooga hilltop hideaway

Loved our stay here. Two bedrooms two bathrooms and a clean space to hang out after having fun in the city. Didn't walk up that hill because we could drive. Great location and lots of fun.

2nd time staying at this property….love it!

The location in the North Shore neighborhood makes it a short drive to most sights, as well as restaurants I prefer. The house was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The off-street parking was a nice benefit. The host was very easy to communicate with. This is one of the better Vrbo properties I have stayed at; might be a 3rd visit in my future!

Perfect for what we needed! A well stocked space - easy access for my mother in law (83). Perfectly located to town - walkable IF you can manage the hills!

Cute little place at the top of the hill

Great place. Spacious, clean, and homie. Cathy was amazing. She was very prompt with a couple of inquiries we had. All the little details made the stay wonderful and comfortable. We couldn’t bring our pet, but the place had everything we could have in mind for a furry friend! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic!

The house was exactly as it was when viewing photos on VRBO. The location was AMAZING! 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga! The host was very responsive to my inquiries! I stayed with my girlfriend I've known for over 40 years for a girl's trip! We had a wonderful time! I would stay there again! Recommend it 10/10!!! It was perfect!

Triathlon Weekend

Cute home and a perfect location within minutes to the river front for triathlon weekend. Two levels offered a great deal of privacy for 2 couples. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. I give this rental high marks!

Plenty of space Great location

The home was easy to get to and access to everything g on Northshore. There is a park right my around the corner and lovely places to walk the dog. Owner has everything to make your dog comfortable. Kitchen is equipt to cook meals and the beds are comfortable! Enjoyed our stay to celebrate my daughter’s graduation.

Home away from home

I planned a working vacation to Chattanooga and was looking for a place where my dog would be welcome. I also wanted to be in the thick of if it all with lots of activities nearby. This little home away from home delivered. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and found this house to be a joy to visit. I hope I am welcome back and look forward to staying here again.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our two-day getaway. It was just as described, pictures were accurate. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, check-in/out process was seamless. The house had everything we needed, only thing I would add is a full length mirror. Cathy was a great host, she was available everytime I messaged her. She was very thoughtful and flexible when I thought we were giving to have to postpone our trip. Definitely recommend this house if you're visiting Chattanooga.

Great stay!

This was a great cottage for our family of 4. Clean, convenient location, had everything we needed. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the deck etc. but spent most of our time visiting family and events in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Comfortable

We stayed here for four nights just this past week. The home is exactly as listed and even better. There was everything you could need here including some things for your fur babies! We were able to walk to some of the restaurants and it was a short driving distance to the other side of the river for those we couldn't walk too. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the back deck with our coffee in the mornings or hot chocolate in the evening! We will definitely try to book this home again when we make our next visit to Chatanooga.

Charming

Everything was clean and inviting. The house was cute, well decorated, and equipped with all we needed and more. It was a nice, quiet street. The only negative experience was the squeakie kitchen floor, because it was audible to the people sleeping underneath. It probably wouldn't wake kids, but light sleeping adults it did. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Sweet, with everything we needed!

Sweet little property with everything we needed. The decks out back were nice for this perfect weather. Comfy area to hang out with friends in front of a some TV before bed. The mattresses were super comfy. So important! Great location just a mile or 2 from many places we wanted to go and yet it was quiet with very little traffic or noise. I loved that. Super responsive communication with host.

Great property and location!

I stayed 3 nights at this property, and found it to be 'as advertised.' The house was very clean, and had everything I could want for a comfortable stay. Easy check in/out. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved the ramp from the front porch to the street (so no stairs to deal with there, and I was able to limit my stay to the top floor of the house). The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to everything. Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge (really wonderful) is about a half mile and a great place to walk a dog early in the morning. I had a great stay at this property and would definitely rent it again!

Super responsive host

The host was actually on site checking the property when we arrived. They were extremely responsive to all questions. Lots of nice little touches like face wipes, cotton balls etc in the bathroom as well as a little snack basket in the kitchen
