Starry nights and quiet country mornings - 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga!

Starry nights & quiet country mornings! This sweet farmhouse has great views and amenities, in a peaceful setting, just fifteen minutes from all the downtown Chattanooga fun! Three bedroom, two baths with a fully stocked kitchen and great living area. Enjoy all the fun Chattanooga has to offer then settle in here to grill out dinner on the screened in back porch. After dinner, roast marshmallows at the fire pit while you watch for shooting stars in the dark country sky. The spacious living room features a 55 inch flat screen SmartTV with Roku and DVD - choose to relax old school by choosing from our collection of DVDs or sign into your streaming accounts to keep up with the latest greatest out there! The front bedroom holds a full bed and dresser. You'll find two twin beds in the middle bedroom and in the Master, a queen bed, private full bath, washer/dryer and a second smart television. Why pile in a hotel room and live out of suitcase when you can unwind, unpack and stretch out in this quiet relaxed setting? With almost an acre lot, there is plenty of yard to enjoy as well!

Nearby activities include hiking and rock climbing in addition to the full list of options available downtown. Take in a Lookouts game, walk the Walnut Street Bridge, enjoy dinner at one of Chattanooga's fabulous local restaurants, play at the Creative Discovery Museum or check out a new band or an old favorite at one of the many concert opportunities downtown.

*This is a nonsmoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the home, porches, property.

*If you plan to travel with a dog prior approval is required, please let us know the size and number of dogs you will be traveling with when you make your reservation request. Pet fees and permissions are determined at that time and added to your quote for your approval. Guests who bring pets without reporting in advance will forfeit their full security deposit.

*Basic paper products are provided to get you started on your trip, however guests are responsible for any toiletry, paper product needs during their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farm House! This was our 3rd (4th?) time staying here and we hope to be back again. Stephanie is so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect. The house is very clean, roomy snd nice. Beautiful yard at the bottom of Signal mountain and even the dogs enjoyed hanging out on the front porch.We were in town all week for an event and it was only a 15 - 20 minute drive to Chattanooga. There are many other fun things to do in the area also.

This house is situated in the absolute BEST location! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful — close to everything we could possibly need, yet tucked away enough for us to truly enjoy nature at its finest. The house itself was super clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. Our host was most accommodating and helpful.

The beautiful home looks like the flavor of the community. When you enter the home it becomes clear the owners care about your stay. The main bedroom is amazing large and comfortable. The porch is very inviting as you can stay and enjoy the birds singing. We will be returning when we visit the area again.

Such a great place!! You feel like you’re visiting your grandparent’s cozy farm in the country, but you’re minutes from everything! Loads of wonderful local eateries and staples like Starbucks and Crumbl are close by. Mornings on one of the two porches, listening to the birds singing are about as perfect as it gets. Thoughtful hosts have thought of everything and are very responsive to messages

Very comfortable house for three friends to spend a few days. Clean. Worked well for our plan to see fall color and takes some hikes in the mountains in the area.

Was a beautiful property/house. Lots close by to see. Host was so thoughtful/helpful. Couldn't find my toothbrush but luckily the house hads backup for me (which we replaced)Kitchen had lots to offer. Road to walk down and beautiful scenic views.I definitely would return!
